The bad reviews must be personal! These folks are awesome, from the office to the job sites. I was about to get robbed blind by one of the warranty company’s “contractors”. Not only were the koontz employees honest, but very friendly, they spent hours working to resolve my issues when the “other guys” diagnosed my problems without even looking. Above and beyond great service.

I was in a bit of an emergency with an active freshwater pipe leak outside my house. Koontz sent two very nice professionals to my home ASAP and they dug out and fixed the leak in no time. They even put everything back the way they found it. Excellent customer service. thank you.

Very informative professional team who does commercial and residential work. The co-owner works in the field. I highly recommend Brian Koontz and Koontz Plumbing. They worked at my last house and did an excellent job at new-to-me home.

Terrible terrible company! Inconsistent work habits on top of disrespectful employees. Work was not completed and job was extremely overpriced and drug out far to long. I would definitely recommend doing you're research before hiring them for residential plumbing. Unfortunately, if I could leave 0 star's I would.
