Needed a cartridge for my shower leak. I called, ordered online, (accidentally ordered it two times), sent an email, response to correct double order was first thing the next morning, part was shipped that morning, and received in 2 days. I'm in Arizona. Highly recommend. Also, the best price on this old replacement part I could find. If i ever need a hard to find part again, I'm calling this guy.
