This company was recommended by a neighbor. I called at 8:01 AM when they opened to tell them I had no hot water and needed a plumber. Within 3 hours I had a new installed hot water heater! I had expected to wait a day or two but was thrilled they could come right out. (I live just a few miles from them, but I don’t think that accounted for the quick service.) Woody, the one who came out, was knowledgeable, professional and friendly. He didn’t seem to mind my hanging around (but not in his way) and asking questions, because I like to know how things work. I had a few other plumbing problems I mentioned to Woody. He looked at each one and took pictures to turn over to the plumbers who handle smaller jobs. I have an appointment to get those taken care of next week. It’s hard to find reliable service companies. I’m glad to know I can depend on McRae for any future plumbing concerns.

Had a wonderful experience with this company. Had to replace our countertops this week and they came out to disconnect and then reconnect after the countertops were installed. Richard our plumber was very efficient and knowledgeable in his profession. His thirty year career really showed!

My experience with McRae was fantastic. The initial meeting was promptly scheduled upon calling. Joe completed an on-site assessment of the requested projects and provided an immediate estimate. Caleb and Wes completed the work with respectfulness, diligence, and efficiency. Everyone was very professional and the cost was reasonable. They were recommended to me and I would do the same.

While doing some yard work I noticed water standing outside our crawl space door. I opened the door and saw that our basement was being flooded. We called three companies that had worked for us before and no one could see us that day. My neighbor recommended McRae's as they had used them before and were happy with them. We called them and they quickly responded. Thank You to Brent Deal who had the leak detected and fixed within 30 minutes!!!!. The price was reasonable, they were professional and explained the problem to me. I did not catch his partners name but Thank You so much! McRae's will be my plumbers from now on!

We had a large water leak in one bathroom, a bathtub that had issues with clogging for years & leaked water into the crawl space of the home & a hot water heater that was installed in 1997 & needed to be replaced. They did all of this work & more quickly at a fair price. The work was high quality, when I went into the crawl space & saw what all they had done to fix the bathtub that other plumbers had never been able to fix I was amazed. This is our go to company for any plumbing issues. If could give them more than 5 stars I would.

While installing my water heater the cut my condensation line connected to the overflow for the water heater, stating they didn’t know what it went to because it was dry ( it was January and I hadn’t run my air conditioning in four months) and it came out of the attic where my furnace was. I had them come fix it then they ran a rather lengthy line into the condensation pipe occluding the pipe so the condensation leaked out onto the carpet. The owner was very defensive, not apologetic and said the would come back out (a third time) but would not be responsible for my carpet. I’ve hired some one else to take care of the problem since this company obviously doesn’t know plumbing or care about there customers. This is a Home Depot subcontractor.

I used Mcrae Services through Home Depot. It was a fast and efficient process, getting my water heater replaced. James and Jacob were kind and professional. I wound up having the company replace a toilet that was leaking the very next day, since I was so pleased with their service.

Terrible service. I purchased a house with a leaking sink identified on inspection (and a few other items), and requested the owner to fix the problem. This company came out and per the receipt noted no leak. I heavily questioned this, and my real estate agent even called to confirm. After close, leak still there. I called to see if they guarantee the work in any way and the lovely receptionist (no sarcasm) informed me whatever they wrote down was correct. I said it seemed odd that the leak was there on inspection, not there when the company went out and back after purchase. She just kept repeating what was written was correct and offered to come service again for a minimum $125 service charge. Hired another reputable company to make the fixes....
