Mr. Handyman of West Knoxville

Needed grab bars installed for a walk in shower. Called Mr. Handyman and my call was handled Wonderfully. They scheduled the visit to for my schedule. The Handyman sent out was Raymond “Ray” Jones. He was very cordial and professional. The installation was done perfectly with no issues. I highly recommend you guys to anyone needing home repairs or installations. 😊😊😊

Good customer communication Eric Whitehead did a wonderful wonderful job He's an excellent worker he made sure everything was right he took his time with everything I definitely recommend him for any other jobs I will definitely call again to use Eric Whitehead for any work that I need done !!!!

Zach and George worked in our home for 2 weeks taking care of repairs on behalf of our builder, Goodall. While the process was lengthy, they showed up promptly every day and kept us informed about the process. We are super grateful for Mr. Handyman’s flexibility, especially after our home repairs were paused for over a month, due to an issue with mold. They showed respect for our home and our furniture while working by ensuring everything was covered including our hard wood floors and all furniture. They pride themselves on quality work and they did an amazing job with our bathroom remodel, plumbing, drywall, and painting. Thanks again.

Tom completed all of our work quickly and professionally! Great electrician and very personable. Would definitely recommend him for any electrical work you may need! 10 out of 10.

Despite the terrible 90+ degree weather the men arrived each morning to begin work putting together my kit for a patio gazebo, which took 2 1/2 days. Each day Eric Whitehead would let me know what they planned to achieve that day and always gave me opportunities to ask questions and to make decisions on anything questionable. Each day they always cleaned up before leaving for the day. They did a great job!

Raymond with Mr. Handyman completed 5 small projects for us. As he began each project he would explain how he was going to complete the task, and when completed he asked us to inspect his work to ensure that we were happy with the finished project. He had excellent communication and knowledge skills. He arrived on time and focused on providing quality work. We definitely would have Raymond come back to do future projects for us.

We hired them to fix our fence. All their materials list they gave us to bring was wrong. They weren’t sure how to fix the fence they kept calling other contractors and looking on Google. They didn’t know the HOA requirements and we got blamed for it. Their tech called me and apologized about the wrong sizes. Plus ****I Have all texts between him and I**** And then they called wanting money on a job they didn’t touch. They only gave a quote. Mellisa is highly inappropriate and rude. Just an incompetent team that bullies people and ask for money for jobs they didn’t do. Have to take everything back because nothing according to code and rules. Wasted my whole day yesterday and today for them. I hired them in good faith, but they didn’t have the knowledge or the know how to handle a fence. I don’t recommend them for fences or any HOA neighborhoods. Every-time I asked to speak with the owner they would refuse, even tho they said the owner wants $800 For the quote. The quote was wrong and it would not meet the HOA standards and their measurements don’t match the fence of the Neighbour’s and the property line was wayyyyy off. Unbelievable

The staff at Mr Handyman is always great. The West Knoxville team was on another level. We ran into an issue with the finish on one of our signs. The team here jumped into action to fix it and did it looks great. My client couldn't be happier with how it turned out.
