Pioneer Heating, Cooling, Plumbing and Electrical

We had a little situation but this team went above and beyond to make it right. I spoke with Rob and he was able to get it all situated. Highly respectable and well mannered. Levi was a great tech that was knowledgeable as well. Just glad we could get it all squared away. Replaced a gcfi outlet in the bathroom and that fixed the outside outlet to my chicken coop.

I had contacted a few different companies to replace an aging 17 year old AC/heat pump unit that was on its last legs and was contributing to a high electric bill as well as being loud from the fan motor groaning every time it started up. Hunter Charest came out and gave everything a good inspection. Not only that but he was the only one out of all the other HVAC sales reps that went into my crawlspace and made sure my duct work was in good condition before looking at the unit. I knew then that Pioneer was likely to be at the top of my list based on that alone. Not only that, but he went the extra mile of including a replacement UV sterilizer and iWave that was only roughly a year old that I had previously installed on the old unit. Furthermore, he explained in detail my best options for replacement units. After some consideration I took his advice and went with a top of the line 3 Ton Trane to replace a 2.5 ton Goodman. Not even 24 hours later Pioneer sent technician Glenn Berry out to my home for the new install. The old unit was removed, New unit was installed along with a new pad for it to sit on, and connecting ductwork that was done far better than on the previous unit as well as a more efficient drain pipe for the condenser that could be removed so that I can clean it routinely in the event it gets clogged, new whips, thermostat, the works! The best part was that their top of the line unit I went with was about $2.5k cheaper than standard Goodman unit that another company quoted me for install. All of this completed within 4 hours the next day after purchasing and it runs like a dream! Quiet, heats and cools well and hopefully saves me some money down the road once I get the next utility bill. I was so impressed with the whole experience that I went ahead and decided to drop my old maintenance plan with my former HVAC company and join The Pioneer Family to keep everything in tip top shape in the coming ever changing somewhat unpredictable seasons of East Tennessee. A good HVAC unit is not cheap in this day and age, but its an investment worth spending on. I'd give them 6 stars if I could and look forward to doing business with them in the future!

We had an appointment for them to come out and do the 6-month inspection of our heating system. Lake was the technician that came out. Very friendly, knowledgeable, and very professional. He called to let me know when to expect him to be here and he showed up on time. He did an awesome job on the inspection and informed me about everything. I would recommend him and The Pioneer Heating &Air.

Dee Lumpkin with Pioneer came out today to do our 1st preventative maintenance on our Generac generator. I received a text & a phone call from Dee telling me he was en route with an estimate of arrival time. Dee was courteous, kind & extremely knowledgeable from start to finish. Because he knew I was interested, he took the time to explain what he was doing. I cannot say enough nice things about Dee, he is excellent in every way. He is a valuable asset to this company! I would also like to recognize, Erica, who is a front line customer service person taking incoming calls. I have spoken with Erica on more than one occasion. She patiently listens so she can assist you. Erica is friendly, respectful & considerate of your needs. Thank you for being so helpful!

Dylan did a great job. We got 0 for 60 fantastic... This is my sons house last week mine was done... Even said we could install today!! His hotwater heater was leaking from the casing not an easy fix so we needed a replacement... My son will have hotwater tonight for the first time in a month!! 0 for 60 is less than 45 a month no interest!!! Adding on to this Dalton removed and installed the new water heater !! This was my sons house so now that's 2 in a weeks period. Today Dalton did proffesional job and is a great people person... Business is not just sell and perform it's building a service that builds friendship, trust, and word of mouth advertising. So many companies are chasing the money. I feel they were all Custome Service Oriented... Great Job to all!!!!

I was extremely impressed with the meticulous service provided by technician Lake Evans from Pioneer Heating and Air. The semi-annual maintenance he performed on my HVAC systems was top-notch. Lake went above and beyond by thoroughly cleaning the outside units, a level of detail I haven't experienced before. He even took the time to remove debris, including an old coke can, from the 4T unit. Furthermore, Lake identified potential issues with debris buildup in the air ducts and blower motor blades, providing valuable insights to improve my system's efficiency. His professionalism and expertise were evident throughout the entire process. Pioneer Heating and Air has definitely earned my business with this level of service. I highly recommend them and commend Lake Evans for his outstanding work.

Drew was very friendly and thorough during my plumbing assessment. He shared information on water filtration systems. Kenny also, provided good service and share photos of our HVAC system. Daniel did a great job on our duct work cleaning that has really made a difference in our air quality.
