Gustavo & Marlon removed my Lennox furnace & AC and installed new equipment in one day. They did a fantastic job! They tested the systems thoroughly, explained the new thermostat and when they had left, there wasn't a trace of all the work that had gone on that day except for the two new units.

Update: I have had a maintenance issue just today, march 16 2025, for a small issue . Ryan B. At the faraagut office came by at a very punctual time, and with all of his skills. He quickly identified the issue and informed me that it had to do with a malfunctioning control panel. He assured me that the part would be on its way to the shop in the next day or two. He also went the extra mile and cleaned out the furnace unit! He was professional, well mannered, and efficient! This company hires amazing people. you will never be let down with this company! Look at these pictures. This sucker is CLEAN!!!! Couldn't be happier! Marlon and trevor came to replace my entire A\C system today. They were not only fast, efficient, and knowledgeable, but also they were friendly, courteous, and had some great jokes. Absolutely masters of their craft! I can not recommend this company enough! And if you're lucky enough to have these two come out, you know you will be cool in no time flat! Also, shout out to fernando on the sales team. He listens, is super friendly, was on time, and had a great personality. He came up with the perfect option for my needs on an A/C system! These guys deserve 10 stars on such a stellar job!

I’m giving 5 stars to all the technicians and sales representative that helped diagnose my last HVAC and installed my new system. They were Jeff, Peyton, Marlon, Caleb, and Dylan. I feel confident in all of their abilities and was happy to have them in my home. Full disclosure, I have had some problems with R&M in the past, but they seem to have changed their company and I really am happy with my experience this week after giving them another chance.

Jeff and Peyton did a fantastic job today servicing our furnace issue. They also did a unit health check which I greatly appreciated. R&M maintenance contract made our call priority and on a cold day worth every penny!! They always do a great job, communicate well, and are very respectful. Thank you!

Dan and Doug came out and re-piped my parents home and replaced their aging water heater. They were extremely friendly, professional and personable. We are extremely pleased with the level of customer service that we received and the quality of work they performed. We highly recommend these two and R&M climate control!

Kevin, let me know he was on his way...was on time. I appreciated him wearing his bootees indoors. He changed out my filters I had ready for him. Took pictures of where & what he was checking & then explained everything to me. Thorough in his job & very nice gentleman. Very businesslike,professional, thorough. They were,prompt. They were courteous. They took time not rushed. They did the job then asked if any questions,concerns .They took out the filters and asked if we wanted them t put back in old ones. They cleaned up their mess and put in their trash .Very very good service it took longer then to get done then had thought thermostat had more issues. Thanks for good good good service. Caleb is very thorough and very business like .He did not take off time to do personal stuff.
