I can’t say enough great things about this company! They replaced a waterline from the street to my house, and from start to finish, the experience was exceptional. Their customer service is outstanding, and I was amazed to see them working with genuine smiles on their faces—even while working in the mud! On top of that, they completed the job in a few short hours, despite another company quoting it as a two-day project. They back their work with a fantastic warranty and offer great pricing, all of this inspired me to look into other services they provide. I truly wish all trades companies operated like Rescue Plumbing—you can feel the pride they take in their work. Thank you, Matt and the entire team!

I’ve called these guys a few times now to help me out. They’re always on time, friendly, and the prices are good. They always clean up after themselves, too. I live in a remote area and they still have no problem coming out. They’ll continue to have my business in the future. Highly recommended if you need a plumber in East Tennessee!

Boston arrived and immediately began looking into my issue. He troubleshot and got my issue resolved. He went the extra mile to assure my drain issue was resolved. He was friendly and professional. Highly recommend Rescue for all plumbing issues!

If you need a plumber highly recommend. Customer service was great. Was able to move me from a 3-4 to a 9 am appointment before the big snow storm. They sent photos of the techs and enroute and onsite messaged. Matt was awesome tech very knowledgeable and informative.

This company is fantastic! Very professional, quick but thorough, and they are honest. Our well pump went out and we had no water for days. After calling I scheduled an appointment and they got me in quickly. They showed up on time, and got our water back on quickly. They were honest and didn't try to lie about any problems just to make a buck. I would definitely suggest using this company, as this is the only company I will ever use again!
