I had a stop in my kitchen, which they serviced previously, was not tightened correctly. I called them to fix. The office worker told me it would $65 for the service call and if work had to be done the work would be estimated. She Aldi did if it just need to be tightened I should not be charged at all. The plumber came and inspected the pipe, cut my cabinet, and then realized it was the stop, which I initially asked him to check. He them charged me $346.00 for tightening my stop and applying some type of epoxy. He said to me, you'll need to go to the store to get something to fix your cabinet. I called them to complain and the key said she would place my invoice on the managers desk and he would call me. To date, no call.... I am going to call back, but zero stars should be an option for goggle reviews.

The call was to replace 4 cartridges, 2 for a tub and 2 for a shower. The initial estimate was for $500+, plus parts. I am thinking ok with minor disappointment at this stage. But then I knew I was being conned when the discussion quickly devolved that parts could be as much as $200 per cartridge. And... they may have to cut into the wall to get to the piping. It became obvious to me that the technician was clueless (or thought I was clueless) and I was going to pay for his on the job training. The technician did not even pull a shower knob to see what they were getting into before the mega parts and wall reconstruction discussion. Wow. BTW - just need a Philips screw driver to pull a knob. Well - they charged me $65 dollars for doing nothing except trying to convince me that this was a major issue. Hence, I am writing this review. Again, given that they did not even pull a knob (no investigation of the issue), I could have gotten such an estimate over the phone. Yes - I have two bathrooms, and two leaks. So, .... Bought $40 dollars worth of plumbing tools from Amazon (to remove the cartridges and the seats), and $60 worth of replacement parts from Locke. All four cartridges and seats took 45 minutes to repair. Silly me, had to do one seat twice as I threaded the plumbing tape the wrong way. This was a very disappointing experience. I think Roto-Rooter should think twice before attempting to take advantage of a perceived inexperienced client.

Service guy was nice but they wanted to charge me over $500 just to have french drains in my yard cleaned/cleared out. Basically all I needed was pressure washer hose stuck down the line. On the phone they said nothing of the price over the phone other than the 65 service fee. I still had to pay the service fee even though they did nothing.
