Loyal new customer scammed! We are dissatisfied and want to share our experience to warn others to clearly understand the proposed agreement prior to approving work with Taylor plumbing. We wanted to add a 2nd water meter in order to separate our irrigation system to pay less sewer and understand our irrigation water usage. A friendly tech arrived and he discussed their partnership with First Utility District (FUD). He contacted his supervisor who told us they would order the appropriate meter and install it all for about $3,800. We signed the proposal as written βThis option to install 2nd water meter with box for irrigation and replace 1β union and adapter off water meter.β We were not home when the work was completed and did not inspect the meter. We received our FUD bill and the water usage was not separated. We contacted FUD and after a visit from their tech, they informed us that a FUD readable meter should have been installed and they would do it for $1,400. They also stated Taylor plumbing should have known better not to install the incorrect meter. We contacted Megan who was very nice, as usual and talked with Tommy who said we needed to talk with Joe. After a few more calls we found out that both Joe and the tech no longer work for them. I finally talked with Tommy who talked to their owner and proposed the following: we would have FUD install the correct meter and return the incorrect meter asking for only the FUD work amount to be credited. This would still pay $2400 for the plumbing work that they completed. They refused stating they performed the work correctly. We paid them $3800 for a non-readable FUD meter. How does that make sense and it was not verbally agreed to as the tech, and Joe, both understood what we wanted to do and why it was needed. I caution everyone to ensure you have clarity with the work proposal and work performed. We thought we were dealing with a local company, with integrity, and expected the proposal to be an acceptable solution. We are saddened and disappointed with the reaction that we received. Beware!

We are so pleased by the service and price we were charged. They responded promptly. Mike did an excellent CUSTOM job on the water heater plumbing. The fix is so much better now. He was professional. He did a great job at explaining the problem. hopefully we won't need a plumber again, but if we do we will call Taylor Plumbing. I tried to attach a photo. but it won't work

I found Taylor Plumbing online with a 5 Star Rating - they deserve every star!! I had a major break in my waterline between house and street...a major problem! Their first repairmen showed up in about 1 1/2 hours to determine the issue. They were extremely knowledgeable, courteous, accurate in that determination. With their help an excavation crew arrived within a couple hours with equipment, did a neat and complete job, called me and the job was done! The office person was also courteous and helpful. Cost was reasonable, and I will definitely use them as my go-to contractor, and I already have recommended them to some friends. Thank you, Taylor Plumbing!!!
