⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Outstanding Service and Genuine Care! I had an excellent experience with Tennessee Standard Plumbing! When my water heater suddenly stopped working, I called and spoke with Bobby, who scheduled an appointment for the next morning. He was incredibly reassuring, making me feel less stressed about the situation. That evening, I managed to find and fix the issue myself, but when I let them know, they still offered to come out and ensure everything was working safely. Jeff Richards arrived and was beyond professional, polite, and personable. He confirmed my repair was correct and even provided quotes in case I ever wanted to replace my water heater. Jeff took extra time to answer all my questions without any pressure, which I truly appreciated. Even though I didn’t end up needing a repair, I now know exactly who I’ll call in the future—Tennessee Standard Plumbing—and I’ll be specifically asking for Jeff! On a side note, during our conversation, I mentioned wanting to get my daughter a bunny, and Jeff shared his own experiences with rabbits. Funny enough, my wife and I now have an appointment tomorrow to look at bunnies for our daughter! Huge kudos to the owner for hiring such outstanding employees like Bobby and Jeff. Their professionalism, kindness, and attention to customer care truly set this company apart. Highly recommend!

If it were possible to leave 10 Stars for a review I would. I recently was in desperate need of work on the sewer lines to my house. My home is old and the plumbing is complicated and this company was able to accurately diagnose and fix the problems. They offered me various levels of service that could be done and understood what I chose and why. On the coldest day of the year one of their Crews was out fixing one large issue and I would add with a smile and cleaned up after themselves. The second area of Plumbing was dealt with on another day and it included having to excavate inside of a workshop that had inadvertently been built over that portion of the sewer line. They even made two extra trips out to make sure that everything was working correctly. I can't tell you how much I appreciated the work done by Mitch, Alfredo Thomas, Jacob, and Corey. These gentlemen and the staff that I dealt with on the phone were polite, friendly, and knowledgeable. While any Plumbing is expensive to deal with, they were able to offer me an option that fit into my budget and while I didn't need to use it they also have financing options according to what I was told. It is hard to find honest and hard-working Tradesman these days; I would not hesitate to call this company again for any needs I would have. All I can say to them is thank you for putting everything right and helping me get my house back on track. This company was a blessing to find.

I am following up with my last review. The team came the following day and began replacing our entire house plumbing due to old copper pipes. Multiple day project, strategically approached with minimal access points to get the job done. They cleaned up every night and had us back online with water/plumbing each night. Constantly communicating with each step as they progressed. We definitely will be referring TN Standard and these guys—> Ben L, Jacob D, Danny S, Cory P, Andy I.

Casey was amazing, very polite, professional and efficient! He worked on a leak from my shower. I was happy that he was able to find the leak quickly and repair it. I would highly recommend this company for your plumbing issues! I also was happy with the next day service and the cost was fair.

We have used Tennessee Standard plumbing a few times. We got a new water heater that was installed by Carson Balka who did a great job. Then we also had a new water spigot installed outside and worked with Jeff Richards on that as well as the most recent appointment. Each time we have worked with Tennessee Standard they are professional, knowledgeable, and don't push business on you which is always appreciated. With this last appointment Jeff was great about walking my husband and I through what the problem was and gave us options on how to address it. Would definitely recommend this company.

I had some major issues with my toilets plumbing (too much Indian food) anyway one day my toilet backed up. so this definitely was a major problem. I gave Tennessee standard plumbing a call! In no time Mitch showed up. He knocked and I answered and from the get go Mitch was honest and told me what needed to be done. We agreed on a wonderful price and Mitch went to work. In no time Mitch was at work fixing my pipes he snaked and smashed every clog with precision and skill. After a bit of time he had cleared the clog and my toilets were back to normal and my plumbing issues were finally satisfied. Mitch was very professional and was amazing to work with. He cleaned the mess and you would have never known he was in there. I 10/10 will call Tennessee standard plumbing again. They are the trusted name in plumbing. And thank you Mitch for your kindness and professionalism you sir definitely set the standard

Yet again, another wonderful appointment with Tennessee Standard. Easy to see why they have all 5* ratings! Our plumber, Casey O' Neal was fantastic and went above and beyond to help us. He went the extra mile and delivered great customer service! He even took the time to make a handle for me to more easily lift my septic tank lid!

So happy with the service we received today. Patrick did a thorough inspection of all our issues. Then explained everything that was needed and kept us informed as he completed the job. Very professional, knowledgeable and polite the entire time. Thank you Standard Plumbing.
