⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Outstanding Service and Genuine Care! I had an excellent experience with Tennessee Standard Plumbing! When my water heater suddenly stopped working, I called and spoke with Bobby, who scheduled an appointment for the next morning. He was incredibly reassuring, making me feel less stressed about the situation. That evening, I managed to find and fix the issue myself, but when I let them know, they still offered to come out and ensure everything was working safely. Jeff Richards arrived and was beyond professional, polite, and personable. He confirmed my repair was correct and even provided quotes in case I ever wanted to replace my water heater. Jeff took extra time to answer all my questions without any pressure, which I truly appreciated. Even though I didn’t end up needing a repair, I now know exactly who I’ll call in the future—Tennessee Standard Plumbing—and I’ll be specifically asking for Jeff! On a side note, during our conversation, I mentioned wanting to get my daughter a bunny, and Jeff shared his own experiences with rabbits. Funny enough, my wife and I now have an appointment tomorrow to look at bunnies for our daughter! Huge kudos to the owner for hiring such outstanding employees like Bobby and Jeff. Their professionalism, kindness, and attention to customer care truly set this company apart. Highly recommend!

If it were possible to leave 10 Stars for a review I would. I recently was in desperate need of work on the sewer lines to my house. My home is old and the plumbing is complicated and this company was able to accurately diagnose and fix the problems. They offered me various levels of service that could be done and understood what I chose and why. On the coldest day of the year one of their Crews was out fixing one large issue and I would add with a smile and cleaned up after themselves. The second area of Plumbing was dealt with on another day and it included having to excavate inside of a workshop that had inadvertently been built over that portion of the sewer line. They even made two extra trips out to make sure that everything was working correctly. I can't tell you how much I appreciated the work done by Mitch, Alfredo Thomas, Jacob, and Corey. These gentlemen and the staff that I dealt with on the phone were polite, friendly, and knowledgeable. While any Plumbing is expensive to deal with, they were able to offer me an option that fit into my budget and while I didn't need to use it they also have financing options according to what I was told. It is hard to find honest and hard-working Tradesman these days; I would not hesitate to call this company again for any needs I would have. All I can say to them is thank you for putting everything right and helping me get my house back on track. This company was a blessing to find.
