Just had a nice gentleman come and present me with a quote to complete a few small projects I need done. He was very courteous and knowledgeable. He arrived exactly on time and was very thorough. I am very pleased with the customer service so far. If I choose to have my projects completed I would absolutely use The Plumbing Authority. They came highly recommended to me by family members who have used them and now I see why.

Hands down the best plumbers in Knoxville. Huge thank you to Rio and Danny for the excellent work. The office was wonderful as well. Appointments were quick and seamless. Mikhail, Rio, and Danny were knowledgeable, courteous, and friendly. They listened and understood what I needed and—bonus— they treated me like a human being. Empathy goes a long way! I highly recommend The Plumbing Authority and I will certainly use them in the future when needed.

The Plumbing Authority is an Excellent Company to do business with. I have had many plumbing problems in my home and they have done a wonderful job in taking care of them. The entire staff is Great - from the ladies in the office to the plumbers doing the work. All are Courteous and Knowledgeable. You cannot find a better company to do business with.

The Plumbing Authority is the best. An Outstanding Company. Susan and Jake are very pilot. Also, outstanding people. They help you, not take you. Trust Worthy Plumbing Company. If you go to another plumbing company, you went to the wrong plumbing company. This company is so good. I finally got my teeth cleaned and toothpaste off my teeth. Josh and Josh are outstanding plumbers, too. They put in my tankless hot water heater in one day. They are outstanding service men. AAA Service. Monday, November 18th, 2024 Marc came from The Plumbing Authority to replace a blue hose on my tankless hot water heater. The hose was too short, but the guy did a fantastic job 👏 and replaced the hose. Susan and Nance have a lot of responsibility to keep these boys straight. They work in the office. Hard job. Jake, big Josh, little Josh, and Marc are the best plumbers I have ever seen. ❤️ If you don't call The Plumbing Authority, then you are in trouble. Plumbing Authority is a very honest plumbing company out there. Differently the best in East Tennessee. Before pictures and after pictures after the blue hose got replaced. Polite and honest. Best plumbers I have ever met.

The most professional plumbing company I’ve ever seen! The office staff were friendly and responsive. Jake, who did the initial consultation, was very thorough and took his time to explain everything and answer questions. Marc was the plumber who did the work and was extremely professional and did a great job. Highly recommend.

Jake came on Monday and planned the job. Ray, and Josh came on Tuesday started the job and they were super fantastic. Came back on Wednesday with Marc and finished the job. All three were very pleasant and friendly. I highly recommend each one for doing an outstanding job.

I can't say enough good things about The Plumbing Authority...they are extremely professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. Jake N came out initially to unclog a drain at my father's house and provided outstanding service. I wish I could give him more than 5 Stars. His work ethic is second to none. We ended up having to replace all of the old cast iron plumbing in the home. I believe that Cody & Rio did the work. They were great. Their supervisor, Mark, showed up on the last day as well. The team was kind/courteous and did excellent work. I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing plumbing services.
