Michael, Davis, and Mason were absolutely incredible. They were patient, knowledgeable, trustworthy, kind, and respectful. They treated me and my family like their own family as they assessed, brainstormed, and worked to fix our plumbing and Septic issues. They always had a smile for us and never hesitated to pause their work to answer any and all questions. They were simply amazing. I was referred to Michael by a very close friend, and he did not disappoint. I never felt like I was being taken advantage of and he always made us feel like we were his only customers. He truly cares about helping people.

We had just moved to Knoxville and were in our new house when the sewer backed up early one morning through the shower drain while my wife was taking a shower. Panic!!! I started calling plumbers and got either no answer or an answering service. Then I called Valley plumbing (next on the list) and got a real person who said “ they were sending someone right away”. Logan showed up at our door looking like one of my high school students, I thought “ oh great , they sent a kid, but this young fellow knew what he was doing. He had all the equipment and found the log right away and gave us three options on how to fix it. Using an inline camera and a powerful water spraying system he eliminated the clog, cleaned the system like new and guaranteed it for a couple of years. Impressive!! I then asked him about our tankless hot water system which took forever to get hot water. Logan knew the system and again gave us several options on how to make it work. Long story short, we now have instant hot water all over the house. And I now have a plumber to call if I ever need one!! Thanks Valley and thanks Logan!!

5 stars to Valley Plumbing Knoxville. Our water company in Rockwood alerted us to a possible leak. We contacted Valley Plumbing and they confirmed next morning appt. Christian arrived timely manner and within minutes identified and repaired the leak in our crawl space. In addition he alerted us to a possible foundation issue we should have checked. That is service above and beyond. Thank you Valley Plumbing!!

Christian came out and was very kind and understanding of our situation and explained everything he thought was best. He gave us 3 different options of how to proceed with 3 different prices and helped us decide what was best for us. He cleaned up after himself and made it as close as possible to like he was never here. Valley plumbing has a customer for life.

Valley plumbing installed a garbage disposal for my kitchen sink. Overall, they did a great job and completed the job efficiently and with high quality. Their prices may be a little high, but they provide high quality service to provide value for the price. I would highly recommend.

These guys did an amazing job! I called in the late morning, they were there by the time I got off work. Explained things for me to understand, very friendly and polite. Highly recommend for any plumping issues.

Valley plumbing was very prompt in returning our request call abd getting us scheduled. Michael was our plumber and was excellent in both work and communication. He found the problem, explained it thoroughly, and then advised us the process of approval through the warranty company. Less than 48 hours later, we were approved and had direct communication from office, Michael, and text advising us that he would return to fix problem. He again explained everything well and worked quickly and showed us follow up at the meter to assure there was no longer a leak. I will use Valley plumbing again and I will request Michael.

We had a pipe burst in our front yard resulting in us having to turn off the water to our house. I was able to reach someone promptly even though it was late Friday afternoon. They were able to set up an appointment early the next morning and they were able to quickly restore water to our house. They also left our yard in great shape even after digging it up. I appreciated the effort and cleanliness as well!
