Very professional, pleasant, knowledgeable and on time. Nick did an excellent job and took the time necessary to explain and show us what needed to be done, based on our needs, and how the company would go about doing it. He explained the quote, permits needed, how long it would take to complete the job, and what we would need to do to prepare. Before he left, we had pictures of plumbing to be replaced, and the quote. If we have questions we can call him. We have time to look over everything and make a decision. We were very pleased with the service received today and would recommend Quality Plumbing service to customers.

My experience was top notch from the first phone call until they cleaned up after themselves before leaving. Cole Hicks responded to my complaint of a "sewage odor" in my guest bath and he really took his time diagnosing my issue. He needed to cut through drywall, and instead of ruining my bathroom, he found a way to go in through the back of the bedroom closet. He found the cracked pipe causing the issue. He then explained to me how he was going to fix it and how much it would cost. He made sure I understood what he was doing every step of the way. After he completed the repair, he made sure to ask if he could throw away the broken pipe before doing so. He vacuumed the closet and left no drywall dust. What a professional.

Braden did an excellent job for me. He was very nice and professional and took great care to not make a mess when clearing the drain. The drain was very difficult to unstop and he worked diligently for hours, even returning to the shop to get another needed piece of equipment. Another tech, Josh came back with him and both worked in tandem to finish the job. Both were outstanding representatives of the company. Very professional with very nice and cordial personalities. Even though this was a more difficult drain than normal to clear they honored the pre-work estimated price. Highly recommend this company and especially these techs.

We just had a plumbing issue at my mother's home that left her without water. Cole from Quality plumbing, Heating, Cooling and Electrical was extremely helpful and professional. He called the morning of service, arrived on-time and was very thorough in his inspection and explained the repairs clearly. He also provided me with an estimate for the work, which was very reasonable. He completed the repairs in a timely manner and ensured that everything was working properly before he left. He was also very courteous and respectful of my mother's home. I was very impressed with Cole's work ethic, professionalism and knowledge. Good help is so hard to find these days, and Cole is a true asset to your company. Called Quality late afternoon on Friday and within a short time, dispatched called and said a Technician could be here in 20 min. We had a toilet/interior sewer line clogged. Cole and Dylan were very professional and after snaking, they got it cleared. Explained everything in a way that I could understand and gave us some suggestions. I could not have been more pleased with Quality and the 2 technicians. They will definitely be my “go to” for any issues we have in the future. Would definitely recommend.

Our recent experience with Quality was excellent. Brayden arrived on time and quickly supplied us with a quote for replacing our water heater. Although it was late in the day, he was able to pick up our water heater and get it installed with the help of a coworker (Sean). Both employees were friendly, knowledgeable, and patient with all of my questions. I'm happy with our decision to call Quality and wouldn't hesitate to use them in the future.

Joshua and his partner did an excellent job at putting in a new ac unit in the back apartment. They were friendly and professional. They worked from the time they got here until the job was done. I am a very happy customer of Quality. Thanks guys!

Both guys were wonderful!! They did a great job, were polite and kept us abreast of what they were doing each step of the way!!! I have beautiful new faucets and SUCH improved water pressure!!! Rodrick and Brad were beyond awesome! My husband and I will recommend Quality to all!!!
