Busy Bee Plumbing Heating & Air Conditioning

So far (two phone calls and one service visit) I've had good experiences. They come back out Tuesday for more work. I'll update if there are any major issues with customer service or the company as a whole. But I don't expect any issues. Cody was pleasant to speak with and seemed very knowledgeable with many years of experience in the industry. My only minor gripe was being given an entire day as a window for the first visit and being told I'd get a 45 minute heads up before someone would be at my house. Instead I was called and told someone would be there in 5-10 minutes. Fortunately, I was home, but it didn't give me much time to adjust my plans (was in the middle of homeschooling lessons). They did ask if I needed more time to get home but I just don't like being told one thing (they'd call 45 minutes before) and having something else happen (5-10 minutes). The second visit has a better 2 hour window which is far more reasonable than the initial all day. But this is just a minor annoyance and something I mention only for helpful feedback, not enough to leave a poor review with fewer stars or to discontinue working with the company. I just believe if a company sets certain parameters, they should stick to them. Unfortunately this is not the only company that has done this or something similar recently. I wish people (especially those I'm conducting business with) would just do what they say they're going to do, that's all. But again, I'm currently happy with Busy Bee and hope I've found a trustworthy company to work with for all of my HVAC and plumbing needs for years to come.

I recommend this company without any hesitation. Dustin arrived faster than I expected. He was responsive to my concerns, polite, professional and very knowledgeable. He found and repaired my leak (under the house) quickly. I will definitely use again if needed.

Chris was our service representative that came out to the house. He kept us up to date on his arrival time, explained everything that was going on with our system and gave us honest input how to proceed with our situation. He didn’t even mind the cat that was constantly harassing him while he was working. Thanks again Chris!

Eryk was fantastic! Honest and transparent about my options for unfreezing my pipes, clear about what he was going to try to unfreeze them, and made sure I understood the process. He was also quick in getting my water line unfrozen! I’m so glad he was about to fix it and for a very reasonable price! I would absolutely recommend Busy Bee - even the dispatcher was super kind and understanding. They are a 12/10 type of company!

Dustin Parker was great! He listened and talked about what the fix was. How I can improve on my plumbing for my house. He even showed me some pictures of issues under the house. I really enjoyed his honesty and him being so upfront. He definitely made the emergent plumbing issue a lot easier to handle. I’ll certainly be using Busy Bee in the future!

My husband Steve & I recently discovered we needed to find a really good/reasonable plumber ASAP just as a recent winter storm hit our area!!! Steve did a lot of checking around & we decided to try Busy Bee Heating, Cooling & Plumbing Service. One of the best decisions ever!!! They scheduled us as soon as possible in just a couple of days; they were very punctual & arrived for the appointment on time. We especially appreciate the great work Cristian Contreras did to resolve our immediate plumbing issue; he is friendly & knowledgeable about the work that needed done. He answered any & all questions we had & explained in detail what was needed for this issue as well as some future things needing addressed in time. When the work was finished they cleaned up. We very highly recommend them & will definitely use Busy Bee Heating, Cooling & Plumbing Service for our future needs; so very glad we found them!!!

Dustin Parker was very polite, quit to fix the inside of my toilet tank and replace the shut-off valve to my stool. Dustin also let me know to take my water bill to the water company for a possible adjustment to my bill.
