I've used this company in the past to find a leak. I greatly appreciate their integrity. They walked me through my plumbing, took the time to educate me on how I could self-help some other problems, and provided fast, honest work. Other local Nashville companies have upselled me or provided gouging quotes, whereas this company has bent over backward to help me. I also greatly appreciate their recently having referred me to a service partner for a specialty need; another indication they are willing to share the wealth and not out to gouge. Highly recommended, and thank you.

I am very disappointed with Republic Plumbing. I was excited to work with them as I saw great reviews and was referred by another local company. I was quoted for a sewer line repair, which after breaking ground we realized I had a septic tank and not a sewer. He then filled back up the hole and was on his way. Both Andy & Randy were friendly, but it was such a poor value and over priced. I was charged $1,100 for someone to dig up a hole and then fill back in the hole. This process took 4.5 hours of work of just digging, as he didn't have the proper equipment. They used a saw to cut into the asphalt and I was charged for a saw rental, as well as an added service fee. The saw was dull and not working, which I was told at the time by the plumber. You would assume they would have the proper equipment to do the job. I then had to hire another company come out to investigate further. They dug a much bigger hole with the proper equipment and it took 30 minutes (compared to the same thing taking 4.5 hours with a hand shovel). Do not hire this company, it is a complete rip off with poor communication. Andy did discount my bill and took off an hour of work, but I am still left with a $900 bill of just having a hole dug and then filled back in poorly. Attached is a photo of my $1000 and 4.5 hour of digging hole that was 2' deep by 2'x 3'

Andy is my main go-to for all my plumbing needs indoors and outdoors. He knows his stuff and is a man of integrity. He'll fix it right the first time. I've had my fill of cheaper priced contractors who don't do the job right. It costs me less in the long run to hire someone who does the job correctly and uses top-quality parts!

Be aware it’s 200 dollars an hour for this company and they will stack service charges and all kinds of other charges on your bill. Expect 1k for a service call. My husband and I are in disbelief as we have a special needs child. Drain guys who are wonderful referred Andy’s Republic plumbing but they won’t after I show them the bill for a simple 2 hour service call. Total greed! Please do not be tipped off like we were Obviously this guy writes his own reviews

I had a drain pipe that needed to be rerouted. Andy responded to my phone call the same day. He came by and assessed my situation and gave me a quick estimate. His workers called me the next day and fixed my problem in 3 hours. Work was done in an accurate and professional manner. I would use them again and highly recommend them!

Called the office late afternoon but the office was closed but the voicemail leaves the owners number. He answered immediately super nice guy and told me a plumber would be out within an hour. He was here in 30 minutes. Friendly, professional and clean cut and I can't remember his name but I wish I could. Fixed the problem quickly for a beyond fair price. A local Madison company we all need to support.

Repairman arrived as planned and was able to fix leaky faucet by replacing small part he had with him. He was in and out in less than 20 minutes . Only problem was that price was higher than originally quoted.

Andy is a professional who can quickly assess the issue and provide a solid solution! He'll be my #1 plumber going forward!
