Our water heater had a leak on a Thursday evening after 5:00. Choice One was willing to come out and take a look. Dalton did the install as well as replacing the pressure regulating valve that failed a week later. Both times Choice One was willing and able to come and inspect and make repairs. Dalton was very informative and knowledgeable on the repair’s. We had used another local plumber who the last few times we needed leaks repaired could not get to us in a timely fashion. I was really surprised and happy when Choice One was willing to send out someone last minute and after hours.
