Choice One Plumbing

Our water heater had a leak on a Thursday evening after 5:00. Choice One was willing to come out and take a look. Dalton did the install as well as replacing the pressure regulating valve that failed a week later. Both times Choice One was willing and able to come and inspect and make repairs. Dalton was very informative and knowledgeable on the repair’s. We had used another local plumber who the last few times we needed leaks repaired could not get to us in a timely fashion. I was really surprised and happy when Choice One was willing to send out someone last minute and after hours.

We had an outstanding experience with Choice One Plumbing. They came out quickly to diagnose a leak and install a new hot water heater for us. The technician, Dakota, was incredibly friendly and took the time to thoroughly explain everything to us. It was such a relief to have someone who clearly knows what he’s doing and cares about customer satisfaction. Highly recommend!

Cannot recommend Choice One Plumbing enough. We needed a last minute plumber on a Holiday weekend and they were so responsive and came out within a couple hours. Nathan was amazing! He was super knowledgeable, professional and found our problem right away. Thanks to google reviews, we have found the best plumber and will be using them for all our plumbing needs going forward!

Review of Repair Technician I recently had a repair technician come to check my water heater, which wasn’t working properly. The technician quickly diagnosed that both elements in the water heater were bad and that the thermostat also needed replacement. It sounded serious and expensive, so I trusted their judgment. However, before authorizing the repairs, I decided to get a second opinion. A different professional came and found that the actual issue was just a blown fuse in my electric box. Replacing the fuse resolved the problem entirely. 10$ fuse compared to 1450-1900$ for them to fix it!! This experience was frustrating because the first technician misdiagnosed the problem and suggested unnecessary repairs that would have cost me significantly more. It felt careless and unprofessional, as basic troubleshooting could have identified the true issue. While the technician was polite, I cannot recommend their services due to the lack of accuracy in diagnosing the problem. I’d advise anyone considering their services to double-check before committing to repairs.

Highly recommend! We had an emergency situation with our hot water heater, and Robert came out on a Saturday and quickly installed a new one for us. Can’t thank Choice One and Robert enough, fantastic service and very responsive!!

I had a break at the water meter connection at my shut off box outside, called Choice One Plumbing and they had Randall out within 2 hours and he had it fixed in a short time. Randall is extremely professional, informative about what’s going on and polite about it also. Recommend him highly and this company, have used them before and it was a great and easy experience. I don’t recommend calling anybody else for your Plumbing needs.
