Jacob was great at explaining my plumbing situation(s) and options for fixing them. He did good work and was very pleasant to deal with. Prices seemed high. For simple jobs that a clever person can do with YouTube help, not t a good option. For bigger jobs, Pipe Wrench will be my first choice, but I might get multiple estimates in the future, since cost is an issue for me.

Our son purchased a house in Oak Ridge that needed immediate HVAC replacement. He relocated to Oak Ridge from the Chicago so we had no references to work from. Did a Google search came across Pipe wrench noticed the 5K 5 star reviews. Called the next day Pipe wrench had a Tech out that day who confirmand that the 20 + rear old system needed to be replaced along with some sheet metal work. Pipe wrench was able to install a new system the next day. Very happy with the professionalism and speed they were able to complete the work.

Our technician Keifer was fantastic. We called as we are selling our home and an item came back on the inspection report that needed the services of an HVAC technician. Keifer did a great job, quickly diagnosing the problem- no heat because of a bad thermostat. He installed a new thermostat and showed me how to use the new smart thermostat. This is my first smart thermostat, so there is a learning curve. Keifer also discovered my vent pipe was leaking water. Today he replaced a part of the pipe, and fixed the leak. After the repair was made, he vacuumed up the small mess made when he cut the new pipe.
