If you're looking for good customer service, I recommend choosing another company. I called to arrange the time and price for a job, but the technician showed up an hour late. It turned out I could have simply changed the filter myself since my tenet did not change it on time, and the furnace started working again. The technician did nothing but overcharged my tenant, more than what was agreed on the phone. I reported the issue, and three different people called me, each promising to follow up with updates. However, no one ever did. If you want honest, reliable, and hardworking professionals, look elsewhere. I was about to write a review when I noticed something odd: this company either receives 5-star reviews or 1-star reviews. Very bizarre, but I trust the 1-star reviews more. And see how many 1 stars got likes!!

They can get their money fast but they got poorly service we waiting almost a month for heat then when they did decide we had to come up with more money!!! Then we waiting almost three weeks to get hot water yes that is sad ain't nothing but a ripe off all the company's are !!! Make easy money then you don't used the service but once out of three months where is all that money going hell you got to pay every month then when you need service you got to pay again so what the reason to pay every month for ??!!!! Nothing but a ripe off that all!!!!

I have used and will continue to call upon Conway Services, owned by ARS, for my Family's plumbing and heating/AC needs. My work experience has been excellent, primarily due to the people. The Leadership genuinely cares for the associates and the entire company is very service focused, who love giving of their time and resources to help the community. I highly recommend ARS for both their service quality as well as for being a great place to work.

I would give no stars if I could. I had some work done by ARS The Webster Texas Branch. They replaced the Capacitor- Dual, 5-2-1 Compressor Start Assist Kit, Diagnostic Fee - HVAC Service and Custom - Repairs/Replacement which was the circuit board and at most an hour and a half work. Was charged $3,304.00. Does ARS over charge all their customers? On top of that I have called that branch three times today and left a message with no call back.

ARS HVAC: Notice, they offer $150 to a purchaser who recommends a customer AND $150 to the customer who purchases it because of the recommendation. Not so. The person who recommended got the money - l, after over a year, have gotten a run-around. Pretty bad customer service!

Have used their local branch (Conway Services) for years to take care of my HVAC units. Replaced one unit with them a few years ago and will use them to replace when/if the next one goes out. Hopefully, it'll be a few years ... but will definitely be calling Conway when that time comes. Great people that you can trust to do the right thing. That's all you can ask!

I have used Conway Services for more than 5 years to service my HVAC unit. They always send fantastic techs who arrive on time, explain the process, and are very respectful of my home. I highly recommend ARS and Conway for plumbing services as well.

You bought a company ripping off people in NC. They want over $1000 labor to install motor on 3 year old Rheem HVAC they installed. Part is under warranty but I can't get it as I have friend who can install it for $400. I feel discriminated against since I'm single female home owner.
