Choates customer service policies do not measure up to their policy of excellent service. I have called three times. Each time the customer service rep asked me to repeat what the problem was. I asked for call back using a different number, which was not noted. I was told the manager called but I have no record on either phone. Choates, you need to walk the the talk. Extremely disappointing and for such an expensive company. I even have the fam plan and plumbing plan.

Had fantastic service from Marcus with Choate's today. My air decided to throw in the towel against the Memphis heat last night and left me wiping sweat off my brow. I set up a service call online - very easy. A little too easy. I was suspicious and called this morning to confirm. But everything was good to go. I was on the schedule. I received another call later telling me I was still on the schedule. Great! I was excited. My service window started at 10 am and I got a text AND email at 11:30 am letting me know that Marcus was on the way. So I hopped in my car to meet him (because I sure wasn't going to stay in a hot house all morning). Marcus was waiting patiently in my driveway. I was so happy to see that big truck parked there; it was like the HVAC fairy was visiting my house. I showed him where the main offenders were and he told me to relax while he checked it out. So I browse through my socials and he comes back in the house. He diagnosed the problem and had someone on the line to tell me my options. They were great options and the little sound I made when I saw the price of the premium capacitor was completely involuntary. Thankfully, there were 4 options and found one that fit my budget. Marcus got to work again. It wasn't but a couple minutes of enduring that blasted heat when, low and behold, I had air-conditioning again! Thankfully, I contained my excitement and was very cool during our final interaction, not dorky at all. Marcus kept it real and explained everything. He was great, friendly, and professional. So happy I signed up for their FAMplan.
