McCabe Construction

This company is HORRIBLE!!! My daughter was sued by this company for a payment for work on a home she doesn’t even own and is not listed on the homeowners insurance that set this company up to do the tree removal after a tornado in 2023! She has cancer and missed court due to illness and this company is now trying to garnish wages. The job was incomplete and the contractors said it was done. She tried to fight everything with the collection company and they sued her anyway after proving the house isn’t hers. Completely unethical disgusting practices! Avoid at all costs!

The entire process with them has been really easy so far. They have been honest with me and walked me through everything. Thank you guys so much! I can't wait to have my house back! P.S. They even set my house back up the way it was before construction! That one gesture really made my day and let me know I chose the RIGHT company!!! Thank you Matt, Maria and the crew!!!!

I had pipe burst downstairs in January. The process to get it fixed was long but very well done. William with McCabe was a great contractor. He worked with insurance to insure that I was paid for the covered items. He sent me a work schedule and it was done one day early. The hardwood floor looks great and the carpet is a definitive upgrade. The ladies who cleaned the house before returning did an amazing job. I have ZERO dust after all the sanding. Thanks again to everyone that was involved with my case.

After a house fire, our insurance adjuster referred us to McCabe Construction, and I am so glad he did! They made a horrible situation much less stressful. They were extremely kind and compassionate and endured my endless stream of questions without complaint. Maria and her contents team were exceptionally helpful and went above and beyond. They treated our items like they were their own. Our project manager, William, was amazing and really helped us with our insurance claim and made sure all the repairs needed were covered. Once again Maria and her contents team were exceptional with our move back home. The move-in process was extremely organized. Much to my surprise items were delivered back to the room where they belong and our furniture was even unwrapped and put back together! I am extremely happy with how the house turned out and am so grateful to everyone at McCabe for making it happen. They go the extra mile for their customers and I highly recommend them!

McCabe Construction team, led by Mathew and Miles, went above and beyond in their customer service to fulfill a timely mitigation/reconstruction insurance claim at my mom’s house. Job well done! Thank you so much!

It wasn’t fun having water damage to our first floor but McCabe Construction made the restoration process go as smoothly and efficiently as possible. Everyone we came in contact with was professional, experienced and extremely helpful and responsive. Anything we wanted done or had questions about was accomplished. A shoutout to Maria and her team of packers and movers. They were wonderful with a “can do “ spirit! They made it clear they were here for us. As we are settled back into our house we could not be more pleased with the final results.

After suffering a house fire, we were traumatized and very worried about the contents and restoration of our home. However, what we were soon to learn was that we had the best contractor and response team in Memphis! Maria and her crew of hard workers packed and moved all our contents with the same care they would give their own valuables. Not one item was missing or broken. Communication was always handled promptly and professionally by Maria. We cannot express enough how grateful we are to have worked with McCabe, Frst Team, and all their people during this stressful time. We consider them our friends now and would highly recommend them to anyone who has a need for construction and content restoration.

My home was a total and complete loss as a result of fire, and the water damage that occurred when the fire was being extinguished. One would-be contractor was so overcome with grief, he left shaking his head, never to return. However, when representatives from McCabe Construction Co. arrived, though sympathetic, they went right to work. I was blessed to be assigned Randle Whitmore as my project manager. He is warm, personable, professional, knowledgeable, responsive, has excellent communication skills, good at resolving issues that occur, committed to quality work and has strong leadership skills. Randle handled all dealings with the insurance company and he and his crew worked diligently, did excellent work, and cleaned up afterwards. He made the whole process as smooth as could be expected during a pandemic. Our home has been resurrected from the ground up, from ashes (literally). We are very pleased with the results and highly recommend McCabe for your restoration and construction needs. I even have a ditty about Randle: Randle, Randle, He’s your Man! If HE can’t do it, NO ONE CAN!
