Great Memphis Plumbing. I enjoy how they overhauled our drainage system. They worked hard and professionally. Five plumbing companies—one of which destroyed my kitchen flooring—tried to diagnose and fix the issue, but only Anthony and his team could. Home plumbing works again after two years of troubleshooting. The best thing about their crew is that they were the only plumbing business that made a good first impression. Well-groomed, friendly, and professional staff. They had fantastic new cars. I wanted nothing else. In Memphis, this is rare. Memphis Plumbing will be my lone plumber. I like Chris's dedication! I cannot say enough about how Memphis Plumbing has restored my faith in local small businesses that produce high-quality work. From the start to the finish of our endeavor, everyone we worked with was extremely knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. I had the distinct impression that Anthony, Richard, and everyone else treated us like family. They responded promptly to our concerns and were incredibly patient with our endless inquiries. With the approaching holidays, I was concerned that things wouldn't be completed on time, but they listened to my concern and completed everything with days to spare. After I called on Saturday afternoon, the plumbers showed up within an hour. They are kind, reasonably priced, and really skilled. Richard provides a detailed breakdown of his services, fees, and requirements. I could tell they were awful when he showed me the completed pieces. In addition, he gave me an estimate for a new toilet, which I want installed within the next three months. Everybody at Memphis Plumbing with whom I have interacted has been excellent.

Richard was quite illuminating, and he attempted a rapid repair so that he wouldn't have to make one. The trip was enjoyable on the whole. Water was escaping through a broken drain valve in our bathroom. On a Saturday, Memphis Plumbing responded quickly to my call and arrived within a few hours. Although they weren't the lowest option, I had no complaints about the service or the company.

Our service technician's name was Richard. Your company welcomed them with an email that featured his photo just before his arrival. That's a fantastic method for testing your technology's reliability. He presented himself to the group while wearing boot covers. I have full faith in his ability and in the integrity of your business to execute a good job. I'm hoping to maintain him as my regular plumber, therefore I'll be calling Memphis Plumbing for all my plumbing problems in the future.

Incredible service from start to finish. Their phone is answered by a person who is courteous, knowledgeable, and pleasant! There is no auto-recording with voicemail prompts. We were able to schedule an appointment window for later in the day...however, a cancellation occurred and the technicians arrived 30 minutes later...this was on a SUNDAY! The main technician, Anthony, and his apprentice, Richard, were knowledgeable, competent, and professional. They did what they said needed to be done and inspected a couple of sources that could have been contributing to the issue (we had a clogged bathroom sink that overflowed the day before, and water stains appeared overnight on the ceiling beneath that bathroom). Additionally, they confirmed that the water meter was operating effectively. The space was to be monitored for the next three days for any additional breaches. 30 minutes after their arrival, their work was completed. Professionalism, courtesy, and promptness! Memphis Plumbing will be our first contact from this point forward! Thank you incredibly!

Both Richard and Anthony did a fantastic job. They identified the issue and filled us in on the specifics. Described the toilet tank repair and replacement procedures. The coupon was included, too. It's been a very remarkable experience ever since they resolved the issue. Memphis Plumbing has my highest recommendation.
