Premier Plumbing And Mechanical

We hired Premier for a small plumbing job last summer. Aaron came out and did a wonderful job - he was so polite and professional, and the work he did looked great. It was obviously done with a lot of skill, and he took a lot of care in our home to make sure he didn’t do any damage. So when we had a larger job to do, it was an easy choice to call Premier again. Aaron even came out to do the pre-estimate visit! Unfortunately, he was not the one to complete the work. The result we received was sloppy. A supervisor came out with the two men who did the work and had them come back for repairs. While the supervisor was there, one of the workers used a vape. He was reprimanded. That didn’t stop him from using a THC vape in my home when he returned to fix the work. They didn’t take much care with my home and left some floors damaged - at first I thought it was just dirt that my children weren’t trying hard enough to mop up. But I found it is actually some kind of adhesive that doesn’t budge. There was also damage to one section of my hardwood floors. The caulking job (that the worker took our personally purchased caulk to complete) is poor and has large gaps. Ultimately we told Premier we didn’t want them to come back, so they were unable to fix the new problems caused by their “fix.” The price we paid might have been fair for skilled work done right the first time. But I have a bad taste in my mouth from how it actually happened and the result I’m left with.

Premier Plumbing and Mechanical was very professional, prompt and detailed from a communication and service standout. The technician was nice and helpful when explaining what he was doing to resolve the issues with the plumbing. (Greatly appreciated and I was 100% satisfied with the service).

This is a 5 star Plumbing company. They showed Great Communication and handled the issue very quickly. I have never had this great of an experience with any plumbing company until premier plumbing. They are the Best plumbing company you’ll find!! Shoutout to premier plumbing for taking care of me and my family, you made our lives easier.

Premier Plumbing has provided excellent service since day one. This has been a long road of replacing the master bathroom tub. Premier Plumbing sent someone out with exceptional service but before dispatching them, they provided information via text and phone call. In every text, a picture of the plumbers coming were sent prior to them actually coming to my home. They clean up after themselves & have eased my mind every step of the way. We are in the home stretch of this project and I am confident they will finish the way they began, with top notch service. Thank you premier plumbing.
