The business was the utmost of professional at all times. They arrived early, but not without a heads up phone call first! Both men worked collaboratively to make repairs and provide maintenance. They kept me in the loop and provided detailed explanations of all of the work. They even found a suspicious area in the attic and provided me with pictures so that I could follow up on this issue with a different contractor at a later date. They left my home clean without any trace that they were here! Impeccable service!

Wow! I had such a fantastic experience with Professional Maintenance Service, LLC. They were able to come to my home and replace my leaky kitchen faucet on the same day I contacted them. Devin was such a helpful and friendly person, and she guided me through the entire process with ease. And I have to say, Jose went above and beyond with his work - he was just fantastic! I will like to give Professional Maintenance a 5 star rating. The company done a great job installing my new AC unit. Their staff were very knowledgeable and professional. I Had a small problem going on with one of my vents. The company did not hesitate to come 4 hours one way to check it out from me. Really great company they also work with my insurance company to get my claim processed and completed .

I love and enjoy recommending people to different companies. These are companies who I have experience their work. I would never recommend this company to anyone. My experience with Professional plumbing has not been a good one. Professional Plumbing install a 3.5 AC Condenser on Monday June 24, 2024. The technician did an thorough inspection. He stated, "" you need a new condenser."" The next day I reached out to Germarco Brook. My home was extremely hot and is extremely hot today. I have reached out for help. Im not getting the help needed. I have excellent credit. I could have chozen any company, but I chose your company. Now, Im stuck with a bill of 3, 682.42 and my home is hot. I believe, trust, word of mouth, and professionalism goes a long way. Ms. Broadie

From the sweet lady who answers the phone to the workers they send out, everyone is wonderful!!! I looooovvveee this company!!! They are customer service oriented, friendly, efficient, do what they say, have great pricing, and most importantly, they care. If you use them for your plumbing and HVAC needs I know you will not be disappointed. I will be using them from now on. I called them and got upfront pricing about the problem I was having. My experience with Professinal Maintence Service wasnt good. The contractor was unprofessional, not trustworthy, and not completly knowledgable about the job duties. The 3.5 ton AC Condenser was not install properly. I had to pay another company to come in and fix the problem. I had to pay twice along with the other factors. I would never recommened Professional Maintence Services LLC to anyone.

Professional Plumbing was everything I needed and more. They were polite and professional with the tenants. They accessed the job and made everyone feel comfortable. They even went over and beyond the scope of the repairs to accommodate the tenants. Thank you all so much!
