It’s never fun to have to call a plumber. But if you have to, give Solace a call. The first thing you’ll probably notice is how professional they are when answering the phone. They don’t act like you are a bother. They are very friendly and polite. They were able to book me an appointment same day. The second thing you may notice is that they are very good communicators. I was receiving text updates confirming appointment times and texts from the plumbers when they were on the way. Nick was the first on the scene. Super professional and thorough. He assessed the situation quickly and efficiently. This was a big job, so luckily they offered financing which was very quick. Nathan and Caleb did the repair work. Both of them were great at getting the job done. They took the time to answer all my dumb questions with a great attitude. Today Nick and Jerrod dropped by to finish the work. Again, super professional and respectful. All of these guys handled themselves as if they owned the company! These are just plain good every day folk. It’s clear this company has great management with an outstanding culture. If you’re looking for a new plumber give them a call and see for yourself! Well done Solace!

Since the review they contacted us and rectified the situation. All holes are patched. They were quick to respond and correct the problems that I had. They are not lacking in customer communication. They are excellent at that. However their people that do the quotes for customers need to put better notes in what needs to be done so the technicians understand what the customer is asking for. They did do excellent work other than miscommunication from the person who wrote the quote. While the new pipes they put in are much better than the old ones and they ran a gas pipe for a tankless water heater there were still problems with the company. They moved the main shutoff to inside the house. Not only did they drill unnecessary holes in my closet floor they cut a hole on the opposite wall the main shutoff off was going on. Now I have a giant hole in my back closet wall, four holes through my main floor in my closet, and a hole where the main shutoff is. We were told this would all be fixed in September and here it is December and I still have these holes. They also cut a hole for my water line to my refrigerator way too big so now that is an isore in the house. They say one thing and do another and B never knows what A said. It was a mess. My husband also had to stay on top of them until they finished the job. They were also supposed to leave us with a working bathroom the first night and that did not happen. My mother is disabled and we told them that was one thing we needed so they had to come back to get that done. We asked that one toilet and one sink be working. They originally left us with 2 sinks working. From a consumer point of view this is not they way to do business.

Jerrod and Nick did an outstanding job. They were right on time and three hours later they were finished. They were professional and covered our carpets and carpets on the stairs and did not spill one drop of water. The new water heater looks great even though we’re the only ones that will ever see it. The entire Solace experience was a good one. I talked to several people in the office over the course of setting up this sale and everyone went over and beyond to be professional and kind. Solace will be recommended from me to anyone looking for plumbing repairs.

We used Solace for a small drain clog issue and were very impressed. Their dispatcher was very kind and helpful and put a coupon they had running on our account. We received a text confirmation of the appointment the day before, a text day of with a photo of the tech who was coming to our home, and he gave a 30 min heads up call. The tech was very punctual, clean, polite, fixed our issue quickly and cleaned up thoroughly, then explained next steps if anything further arises, but was not pushy and it didn’t feel like a sales call. Other companies in town have been far too pushy with the sales aspect, so it was appreciated that we felt we got good info without being oversold on additional services. We will definitely use Solace in the future (but hope we don’t need to!).

I was extremely pleased with Jeremy and Nathan. Their knowledge and their ability to stay "time" conscientious was excellent. I had 2 different issues/services and they both were completed very professionally. I will recommend Solace to all my friends and family. Your customer service also was above reproach. The young lady that answers the phone during normal working hours was pleasant, courteous and helpful. Unfortunately, I don't remember her name. Keep up the great work!!

Cleveland and Michael were amazing! Our new condenser unit was installed in a timely manner and was fully verified before they left! They were incredibly helpful and walked us through every step of the installation, so we knew what was being fixed and how! Incredibly professional and I will be calling again if my store runs into any issues.
