Harris and Nestor came today and inspected our water heater, found the problem and replaced it. Harris was above and beyond helpful and very kind and considerate. Nestor was so helpful and diligent. I Highly recommend Tim Furgeson and they’re crew. Integrity, honesty and Helpfulness. They also worked quickly and got everything that needed done, within about 2 hrs time. 🥰

Their service was awesome! We had a horrible water hammer going on, the worst they had ever heard! They realized what the issue was right away and installed 2 new toilets for us. The problem was fixed with no further plumbing repair needed. They were fast, efficient & very friendly. Will always call you guys when needed. Thank you so much.

As part of getting a new water heater, we had to have a Code Enforcement inspection. Jason came out and handled the inspection, prepping the appliances and meeting with the inspector, then getting everything put back afterward. Would recommend!

Jason was fantastic! He was kind, courteous, and very thorough. He found a potential issue, and instead of pushing us to incur a higher cost, he or she now gave a working timeline for us to have it repaired before next season so we wouldn't incur any issues. This is OUTSTANDING customer service 👏🏽. This is why we will ALWAYS have a 4 Season contract with Tim Ferguson!

We had a pretty bad plumbing issue which was causing sink and tub backup. Tim Ferguson sent out Harris - who did an amazing job finding the clog and fixing the issue. We are members of their Four Seasons Club, so we use them for all electrical, plumbing and air needs, and we get it at a discounted price. Would highly recommend Tim Ferguson for anyone in the Memphis area.
