Arrived when they said they would. Notified me each time they were on the way. Up front pricing with options so I didn’t have to be stuck with just one “fix”. Friendly, respectful and knowledgeable. Would use them again! Had a broken flange/drain. Could have just replaced that but had been having issues with my faucets leaking after repeated other fixes so I ended up choosing to replace the whole assembly. Dylan was great to work with!

Dylan sent a text to let me know he was on his way. He arrived about ten minutes after the text. When Dylan arrived he was dressed in a uniform & asked where the bathroom was located. Dylan assessed the situation & gave me a reasonable price. He was very polite & had a nice tool 🧰 box. Dylan worked efficiently & completed the job efficiently. Dylan tested for leaks & explained the warranty. I highly recommend Traditional Plumbing. I paid with American Express.

The work was professionally done. We had a glitch upon installation of the new kitchen faucet but they returned quickly to correct it! We have a great working relationship with this company, as they have completed several projects for us in the past.

Dustin came out and squeezed me in. Did a very thorough and amazing job despite it being cold and rainy out. Truly trust him and the company after only meeting him for the first time. The office is also very supportive and communicates great! Update: Had traditional plumbing come out and fix my main sewer line and did a great job in half a day. After I approved the contract they were here the next day. Very professional! Dylan and his treat did great.

Thanks for sending out the same technician who installed our new faucet. He diagnosed the problem immediately, fixed it and was done and on his way in minutes. Such a nice, polite and conscientious young man. Plus, he took the time to show me how to correct the problem if it happened again so that I could avoid any fees. Traditional plumbing arrived on time. Our technician was very professional and very knowledgeable. The technician and his assistant removed and installed 2 toilets for us. They were careful taking out and bringing in the new toilets. The installation was flawless and they did a great job. We will definitely use Traditional Plumbing in the future.
