I am so happy I found this company. Angle Stop is great. Jim is so kind, always professional, efficient in his work, and honest—thank God! While renovating, I’ve had to call on him several times—more than my initial reason for needing a quote. Our renovation has been very frustrating, but it’s so helpful and comforting to know the plumbing work that’s needed is being done right, and he’s not trying to overprice or rip anyone off. This is a really great company. My mother would definitely like Angle Stop. Thank you soooo much, Jim!!!!

Jim’s exceptional expertise translates into effective problem-solving skills. Problem 1: When we faced an issue with the water line for our new refrigerator’s ice maker, Jim identified a solution without the hefty $800 charge quoted elsewhere. Problem 2: We wanted to install a new gas wall heater in our sunroom, but the pilot light kept going out. Jim not only installed the heater but also diagnosed a gas line issue. Jim’s knowledge and integrity sets him apart as a reliable plumber you can trust.

I do not typically leave reviews, but today I felt compelled to do so. I can say with all honesty that Jim was certainly an answered prayer. Our Noritz tankless hot water heater started shooting codes and stopped working right before my son was coming home for a vacation. I was given Jim’s name and number through Noritz yesterday, and he was able to come out today. We have been doing construction on our home for years, and I can say that I have never met someone in home repairs that was so professional, kind and honest. He not only diagnosed the problems, but took his time to check to see if a part (we will need in the future) was under warranty, and when it wasn’t he was able to find the part that we needed at a lower price on line. He was also able to do a decaling on it while he was here because it had not been done. He truly was an answered prayer.

Jim was very knowledegable and helpful. He does not upsell or waste time. I would recommend anyone needing a full service plumber to contact him.
