Armor Air TN

In love with this company! Great service! I was saved by Steve Travis last year! I highly recommend the yearly membership, it help me to saved hundreds of dollars, also they include free inspections… not only for HVAC, also for plumbing. Two days ago I found a leak under my house and called Armor Air, they worked around my schedule and send Dereck Power to help me and my family. He found the leak and fixed, he work around my budget and FIX the leak! Owners are truly amazing! I want to post this here and be clear, they don’t make money “fixing” your issues, they are making the money creating a family, I’m part of the Armor Air family, because they are the people I call if I have an emergency, they are the people I call if I think something is not working properly. I trust Armor Air!

I had a plumbing emergency today and Armor Air was amazing! I chose them from my Google search because they had a $29 service charge and thought I would give them a try. Amanda the receptionist, was truly caring of my situation and said that they were crazy busy but she would see if she could get someone out to help me, and she did! Joey was the plumber who showed up and he was equally amazing! He was professional but friendly, fixed my problem quickly and saved me money! They are my new go to plumbing service. Finding a reliable service on the internet seems like a crap shoot sometimes but today I was really lucky to have found them!! Thank you Armor Air! You are now on my speed dial! 😀

Armor Air always takes care of us. We've had issues with several other HVAC companies in the area and we are so thankful to have found Armor Air. They are always upfront and honest and communicate with kindness and friendliness. We've had Steve help us most times they come out and it's always a great experience!

I would strongly recommend Armor Air ! Ryan was just a pleasure to talk to, pleasant and professional. He helped by providing us someone to come to our home promptly. Ryan gave us a time window and it was exact. Jason Connelly to anyone! He came to our home to give us an estimate on replacing our water heater and my husband and I were very pleased. He answered all of our questions. Jason was very knowledgeable, professional, and personable. We look forward to doing business with Armor Air and seeing Jason again to install our new water heater next week.

Technician took sink apart my private bath sink to investigate slow drain. Left alone in bath. Said i had leak that was going to need repair. I did not, and have never had this sink leak over 20 year period, always slow drain. Tech took dran apprt, now sink leaks. They caused issue, and wanted me to pay them to fix sink they broke taking apart. Declined services because they want over $800 to unstop 3 drains. Paid local plumber 245 for two drains unstoped in 30 minutes, plus other plumber was very reasonable in fixing the sink the Armor Air Technician Broke. If these people poke around and you not paying them, make sure they didn't break anything to cost you separate bill later when they leave. Highly unethical Technician.

Great experience from my initial call to Derek, my tech showing up at my door. Very friendly staff. Derek was personable while remaining professional. He spent no time trying to upsale me. I’ll definitely reach out to Armor Air for any future plumbing needs.

Steve was able to diagnose and replace the part that went out of my old system in less than 20 minutes. He actually apologized for how quick the visit was lol. I don't mind if it takes 15 minutes to fix, as long it's working. Highly recommended!
