Benchmark Plumbing

Used them in the past with great results. Not so for a recent remodel. Plumber broke the existing faucet that we were going to reuse and then the new one ordered to replace the first one. Didn't know how to install an $800 motion sensor faucet. Costs us time and money. Kohler was great, replaced and talked us through fixing the sensors he broke. Only thing company offered to do was send someone else out to check everything. Sadly, I don't recommend using Benchmark plumbing.

This company did the original build of my home in 2017. A shower in the master bath always had low pressure, and recently it burst causing all sorts of water damage in the walls. When I used a highly reputable company to assess and repair, they said who ever installed it did “shotty” work. If you’re buying a new home, be sure to check out all of the companies doing the install. This company has created a living nightmare for my family.

Benchmark serves as plumbing contractors for local Middle Tennessee home builders including Celebration Homes & Regent Homes. We needed a one year maintenance/warranty repair completed in our home for a leaky shower head in the master bath. Customer service was very good and scheduled plumbers for a house call in a timely manner. On-site plumbers were courteous and attentive and completed the work order successfully.

I do construction myself and benchmark does majority of the plumbing for all our customers we do roofing for. When building my house, I decided to use them. I did not have any problems. They were quick, reliable, and zero issues. Everything was completed within budget and within the original estimate they gave me. I highly recommend and will be using them again when I build my parents house

I build homes in an all around Nashville. We use a few different plumbing companies. Benchmark is by far the best I've worked with. This is over a 15 year period. I tried another company, Its been bad. Benchmark just does it best. Do they have a leak now and then. Yes. Do they fix and stand behind their work. YES THEY DO! Benchmark is a great company.

I would really like to warn anyone considering using Benchmark Plumbing. Two years ago we remodeled our entire home.. 5 bathrooms and 1 kitchen were installed by Benchmark. We have had numerous leaks occur over the last two years SEVEN to be exact (kitchen sink, body sprays (twice), vanity sink, kids tub hose, tub was also not caulked on one full side, steam unit & master tub).. and it all goes back to poor and improper installation. We've had to hire other plumbers to fix issues as they only stand by their work for 1 year.. some of the same things have leaked and leaked again.. even after they'd come back to fix. Today I realized our tub is leaking.. turns out they only attached the tub to the drain and did not use the clips from the instal kit that came with the tub to stabilize the tub to the floor. Well folks.. at some point and time.. it will come loose and leak into your living room ceiling AND damage your surround system speakers. Do yourself a favor and don't use these guys!

If their driving is an indication of their behavior on jobs, I would not use. They were jerks cutting off 20+ cars during rush hour for their own personal amusement. They then continued honk incessantly at the female driver they wedged their truck in front of. Rude just to be rude is uncalled for. Be better. Do better.

The employees that came out were friendly, however later concluded they fill you with lies in hopes to deter you from the real issue. Which is they put FAULTY PIPES IN YOUR HOME! I was told my plumbing leak was due to a potential slit that occurred when the plumbing was originally installed, which might I say was less than 3 years ago. Now after almost $1,000 later and new info that our ENTIRE HOUSE which might I remind again will be 3 years old next month, February 2020 will need to be RePlumbed which so far estimates are roughly $10,000!!!!!!!!! I don’t believe in hating, but any entity that is willing to jeopardize the health and lives of families by installing known Unsafe product I in fact HATE!!!!!!!!!! I am at a level of frustration that I wouldn’t advise anyone to be at, so for your sake, sanity, health, and wallet CHOOSE ANYONE BUT BENCHMARK PLUMBING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
