Caren is phenomenal!!! If you’re looking for someone efficient, professional, and highly skilled, she’s your girl!!!! I’ve worked with several people in the trade before but she’s another level of talent!!! There’s no competition for her. Absolutely loved her!!! 100% recommended!!!

Bad service employees are not friendly told me that they have cut 20 ft pipe then we had to do it our self wested my time came there to pick up items but they’re ready for pick up and some items are missing at store don’t come here if you’re in emergency go to Kenny pipe supply instead at 1505 Rutledge Way, Murfreesboro, TN 37129

I can't speak as to how they are as a retailer, except that store hours are extremely limited. You pretty much have to take time off work to get anything from them. What's the point? They're only open 4 hrs on Saturdays and closed Sundays.

They always have what you need, fairly priced. However, they rarely have enough people to take care of everyone coming through the door. The wait times for assistance can be ridiculous at times. Otherwise, good place.
