Great service! Quick to reply, easy to schedule, and respectful of our home! We called Plumbing Unlimited about a reoccurring issue in our master bath. An issue I thought would take a lot of time and money, was fixed in less than 30 minutes… I highly recommend and will use them again!

If you are looking for a reliable plumber don’t bother calling this guy. I’ve been trying to get him to replace the pressure relief valve on a water heater he installed for us a couple of years ago for over a week now. Finally made an appointment with him for this morning between 9 and 11 and guess what? No call no show. Very disappointing because I would much rather have a local guy with his own business to service my home instead of having to call Hiller or Lee Co. Replacing this valve should be easy money but I guess Ronnie isn’t interested in it.

Plumbing Unlimited is the best plumbing company you will EVER FIND in Middle Tennessee! Our house has been serviced by many contractors and plumbers over the years and our experience with Plumbing Unlimited was by far the BEST. It was -3 degrees and we had no water flowing to our house and panic set in. We called Ronnie and he had his team out in 10 minutes in snowy and icy conditions. They identified the problem of our water softener system that was enclosed in an insulated box outside, had pipes frozen over. They were determined to get our water coming back into our house, they melted the frozen ice with blow torches and heating guns, and blue the ice out of the pipes. They also identified our water softener was installed incorrectly as well. They got everything up and running in a very timely manner. They educated me on what insulation foam and insulation tape I should have around the piping etc. and put on what was needed. Their commitment to getting us back up and running and their professionalism was amazing! They truly cared about us and the problems we were facing. They were affordable and are 24/7!!!!!Plumbing Unlimited has gained a customer for life! If you ever need plumbing assistance or anything water softener related call them, you will be glad you did.

Ronnie was quick to answer and sent Joey out extremely quickly to get out leak fixed. Very professional, quick, and calming when I heard that we were leaking 170-180 gallons per hour. Thank you for your work! Will definitely recommend you and use your service again!!!
