Roscoe Brown is one of the finest businesses ever. Since moving to Murfreesboro, we've had them come twice a year for normal maintenance and have always been impressed with every team member--from the appointment schedulers to technicians. They operate with top-level service and integrity. Kevin is top of the top for us though! He responded to an early Monday morning call when our heat went out and was thorough and so kind. He patiently and professionally answered every question connected to my Google search (which could've been scary, let's be real) and walked us through all our repair options and the best solution. No high pressure, no icky interaction, just solid and highly skilled interaction and workmanship. We ended up getting a whole new system the very same day -- unbelievable. Top Notch Service. Benjamin was professional and very knowledgeable. Benjamin did a great job explaining why my home was not heating properly. He diagnosed and fixed heating issue quickly. Roscoe Brown is the only company that I will call to fix my HVAC issues.

When my 14 year old packaged unit went out, they quickly came out to diagnose. The technician showed me the issue and we discussed the cost to repair. That discussion made my decision to replace with a new unit very easy. They had a new high efficiency unit at my house the next day. Installation went great! The technicians were very knowledgeable & friendly and explained the features and how to operate the new system & thermostats. I highly recommend Roscoe Brown to anyone!

I purchased a new unit in 2023 and signed up for their annual service contract. Appreciate having the appointments set up in advance so I don't forget and my unit is checked out every year to ensure that it is working properly.
