615 Plumbing

I’m sure they do great work, but I was quoted $397.84 to take out an old kitchen faucet (nothing wrong with it) and put in a new kitchen faucet. It was in a clean working space with access to everything (see photos). I paid the $69 fee for the plumber to come out and give me a quote, but couldn’t imagine paying nearly $400 for that kind of job. Update: 1 star to 2 stars- They did refund me my $69 since they were only at my home for approximately 10 minutes to give me the quote.👍

Caleb did a great job diagnosing and explaining about the problem we were having with our old water softener system, and upgraded us to a newer more efficient water filtration system/water softener combo. Very satisfied with their professionalism and response time. Highly recommend them.

Max is awesome!!!!!! These guys are a bit pricey... But the customer service is more than 5/5. Perfect example of you get what you pay for. On time with great communication of when he was arriving, polite and professional. Had a little issue after he left, he came back the same day and fixed it right up. One of my dogs kept barking at him and he just laughed and petted her. Oh... The work... I forgot about that one!!! We had to have our lines jetted and he was not quick about it. He spent a long time to make sure everything was done perfectly. I will be asking for Max specifically the next time I need a plumber.

Anthony is such a delight to have in my home. My mobile vet was here and he did not even mind sharing the kitchen with her. We even told him where to find a mobile vet in his area. He is an excellent plumber and gets right with his work. He recommend a particular brand of facet to me but was unable to get it but got me one thst was the next best which really is not any less quality. Drake was very knowledgeable, and explained everything to me. I appreciated that they were prompt and on time and worked efficiently. I'm really happy with this service, and I felt that they didn't try and sell me unnecessary things or do things that were not needed.

Caleb was awesome!!! Super great work installing our new kitchen faucet and garbage disposal, as well as flushing our hot water heater and doing a full house plumbing inspection. He was easy to work with and I didn’t feel like he was up-charging me (for someone who knows little to nothing about plumbing lol). Honest, speedy, and reliable service.

We used this company several years ago, and I left them a 5 star review. We used them again and had a very different experience. This time, we did a whole home re-piping from copper to PEX. The tech verbally told us things that would be included and were not, and we never saw a contract until the job was actually complete - partially our fault, but given our previous, good experience, we trusted him. At the end of the job, he told us that all the fixtures were in working order, but in this 2.5 bathroom house, we still had remaining leaks at four different fixtures, including one inside a wall, and four different leaks under the kitchen sink alone. My husband was in contact with the company owner and we did get a (very) partial refund, but continued to find problems after this. I can't help think there is similarly shoddy workmanship throughout the house, and that we have leaks happening in our walls that will cause major problems down the road. I cannot imagine this work is up to the standard that the tech would expect in his own home, and would recommend that folks use literally any other company.
