Busy Bee Plumbing Heating & Air Conditioning

So far (two phone calls and one service visit) I've had good experiences. They come back out Tuesday for more work. I'll update if there are any major issues with customer service or the company as a whole. But I don't expect any issues. Cody was pleasant to speak with and seemed very knowledgeable with many years of experience in the industry. My only minor gripe was being given an entire day as a window for the first visit and being told I'd get a 45 minute heads up before someone would be at my house. Instead I was called and told someone would be there in 5-10 minutes. Fortunately, I was home, but it didn't give me much time to adjust my plans (was in the middle of homeschooling lessons). They did ask if I needed more time to get home but I just don't like being told one thing (they'd call 45 minutes before) and having something else happen (5-10 minutes). The second visit has a better 2 hour window which is far more reasonable than the initial all day. But this is just a minor annoyance and something I mention only for helpful feedback, not enough to leave a poor review with fewer stars or to discontinue working with the company. I just believe if a company sets certain parameters, they should stick to them. Unfortunately this is not the only company that has done this or something similar recently. I wish people (especially those I'm conducting business with) would just do what they say they're going to do, that's all. But again, I'm currently happy with Busy Bee and hope I've found a trustworthy company to work with for all of my HVAC and plumbing needs for years to come.

I recommend this company without any hesitation. Dustin arrived faster than I expected. He was responsive to my concerns, polite, professional and very knowledgeable. He found and repaired my leak (under the house) quickly. I will definitely use again if needed.
