I heard about Coolray of Tennessee through Home Depot when I requested a quote off their website. The dispatch called me immediately, and she was able to set up an appointment the very next day. Everyone that I have encountered has displayed excellent customer service, and they installed my HVAC unit a couple of days later. I was introduced to Coolray via Home Depot in Fort Walton Beach, Florida. First, the technician came out to our home outside of Nashville, Tennessee, and inspected our unit took photographs and videos and explained what he found. We were most concerned about the heat exchanger, which had a lot of rust and a tear or two. Red flag. The heat exchanger would cost us around $5200 and a complete new unit… was just under $13,000. Dillon, the comfort specialist was professional, honest impersonal. Within 24 hours, the old unit Was removed, new platform decking was built in the new unit unit installed and working. Professional/friendly/affordable/lightning fast And a 10 year parts and labor warranty to boot! Extremely satisfied!

Coolray was very helpful to our needs for our plumbing issues. They were able to get us into the schedule at a last minute call in. The technician was super helpful and friendly along with the call staff. Our technician even gave us some information to help us on future preventative measures with our plumbing needs. Great AC Tune-Up Service! Katrina was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything about the system and how it functions with the AC on. She was punctual, polite, and professional. I really appreciated the AC tune-up service from Coolray—it was thorough and well done. Big thanks to Home Depot for offering this service at a more affordable price compared to others!

Brandon was awesome and did a great job on going over my 2 H&A units. He found this issue in my upstairs return unit which was a safety hazard and repaired at my initial appointment

I want to express how much I greatly appreciate cool Ray they came out. I have a membership and did my HVAC checked everything out. They noticed that I had bacteria growing up in the top of the heat pump and installed a light. Glad this was done. I don’t want my grandchildren sick. Also the guy that came out and inspect my electrical box and found out what Was wrong and I had him fix everything to be safe. I also had a surge protector put on to protect all of my stuff so that way I don’t have to use individual surge protectors in my plugs. They were fantastic very professional. I forgot the guys that were here already. Today was Daniel and Jack one for HVAC and one for electrical. It really pays to have a membership to make sure things are running smoothly and I don’t remember his name I had an excellent plumber He did a fantastic job
