We had 2 diverters that needed to be exchanged. We did a renovation and made a master bathroom, but the main shower head and rain shower head had leaked for a good 1.5 years. The original plumber was useless. I was able to secure the parts, but was afraid of what we may find... I finally bucked up and called Dr. Drips and the whole experience was amazing. They were supportive on the phone when I was explaining to "go easy on us" after explaining our situation. The plumber who was assigned to use showed up on time and could not have been more kind and knowledgeable. He made me at ease and was able to change out the diverters and actually put the knobs in their correct location because the original plumber apparently was either too lazy to put them in their correct place or just didn't care. But we now have NO DRIPS and for the first time, a dry shower when we walk in to take a shower. The price was reasonable and I definitely would recommend Dr Drips! I plan to use them this summer to flush out our water heater...and I will happily give them the $ for this. THANK YOU!

Lucas did an awesome job. He was friendly and taught me proper usage of my garbage disposal to prevent clogs. He knew what he was doing and cleared my kitchen sink clog with no hesitation. Very happy with his work.

Owner (J) was highly responsive, action oriented, and reliable communicator. He was knowledgeable on the issue and had the part needed ordered and installed within days of my initial call. He checked the status of my warranty and kept me updated on the shipping status. Lucas was friendly, professional, and completed the job efficiently. Will definitely call them in the future!

I woke up this morning and had no hot water…frigid temps in Nashville should mean at least 2-3 days before someone shows up but I was shocked when Jance accommodated my work schedule and came the same day! Ended up my frozen line was thawed but he came anyway to make sure I had no leaks under my house and doublechecked my hot water heater! Who does that anymore??? Very few so I strongly recommend Dr. Drip!!! Thank you so much!
