We had semi-annual maintenance service today by Nick who was very professional and approachable. He shared information with us about our HVAC inspection and is very knowledgeable about how the unit operations. He answering questions and adjusted our thermostat by setting up a schedule on it so that it will adjust automatically. We are very satisfied with the services provided by Nick today. Donelson Air came out to repair our A/C on Friday. We booked the appt online on Thursday night when we noticed issues with the cool, and they showed up in the booked window. William was super polite, and quickly resolved the issue with the A/C. We also had an issue with a leaking hose bib and Steven came out and repaired it. Overall great experience, and we will absolutely be using them again. Thank you Donelson Air!!!

I highly recommend Donelson Air Service Experts! I called and talked to Terry at Donelson Air to provide me with a quote to extend the gas line from my fireplace to my kitchen so I can put in a gas range. This was after I received an outrageous quote from a competitor (which was more than 6k!). Donelson's price was more than reasonable, so I hired them. The installers (Van and Tim) came out and did a phenomenal job in a few short hours - they truly exceeded my expectations. They communicated well, were on time, kept the work area clean, and were kind and professional. Great job!

Kris and Nick completed my annual maintenance checkup today. They were on time and completed the inspection with all findings explained and emailed to me including pictures. Steven immediately found the source of the leak. He took the connection apart cleaned and reconnected the parts. He was very professional and explained everything in detail. Midstate has a quality representative, I recommend them to everyone I know for fast and excellent service.
