BJ came out before noon. He was friendly, efficient, knowledgeable and kept everything clean. It’s been a long time since I used them last. I now remember why I put their number on file. 100% recommend them!

My apartment was flooded and the guy left and then told my landlord my house was too dirty to work in my house. Houses tend to get dirty when they FLOOD! Don’t waste your time with these people!

I had a bad clog on my main drain, and everything had been backing up for days. I called one plumber, and he couldn’t fix it. He referred me to Drain Doctors, and it was fixed in 15 minutes! Thanks, Wayne!

I was very impressed with the Drain Doctors. Had a major backup on a newer house with my clean out pipes. Had a local plumber come out and quote me they would need to dig and assess the issue. Drain Dr. came out and resolved the issue very professionally and timely and great customer service.

I cannot recommend Drain Doctor enough. Wayne came out today and unclogged our sinks. His customer service and expertise is immeasurable. I will definitely use this company for any future services. I highly recommend Wayne! It was affordable and he got the job done.Thank you so much!

I called them on a Friday morning and they said they could get here the same day. Two hours later Wayne showed up and said he could get the main pipe cleared. He was done in ten minutes!! He said that he has been with Drain Dr for 19 years. What a great Nashville company to use if you need drain work. I expected it to cost much more so when he told me i couldn't believe how reasonable priced they where.

I had a sewer blockage. I called and was quoted $170.00. I called again to confirm the price before the company came out. The plumber told me he could not access the clean-out in my basement because his machine weighed 300 pounds. I wonder how he ever accesses basements if indeed the machine weighs 300 pounds. He then pulled my toilet and cleared the sewer. I am happy with the results, but as he was leaving, I handed him an envelope with $170. in cash. He then said that the cost was extra for pulling the toilet and wanted $75.00 more. I called the company and they told me I had only given them $35.00 extra ($205.00 instead of $245) in the envelope. My mistake not to have him count. I would not use this company again even though the work was good. I had a feeling there would be some sort of bait and switch at the end and now I am even accused of lying about the money. Surely there is a company out there that would be a bit more transparent.

One hour after I called, Wayne arrived and saved the day unclogging my drain. He was professional, and performed a quick and tidy job. He even cleaned my sink, which was unexpected and a pleasant surprise. I also appreciate his honesty, as I thought my issue was more severe, and an unscrupulous business might take advantage. I will absolutely use Drain Doctor again, and highly recommend their services!
