Had a issue with the main drain line for my home. The guys that came out were professional, knowledgeable, and quick. They had my system working and replaced equipment in a couple of hours. They even took the time and care to explain some options and for the future and suggested some recommendations that would help, and clean up the work areas when they were done. Highly recommend.

I have worked with Jack Ward & Sons Plumbing Company for a few years now. Today, was the last time. They installed a new toilet a couple of years ago. Not long after, the steal was leaking. I had to get them out to repair and reset it. I've had them out to do annual service checks and toilet valve repairs. Is it me, or does everyone have to replace toilet parts on the regular now?! This past March, I had them out to check every toilet, shower, tub, faucet - anything associated with water - for leads and wear. I even asked that address specific toilets that were "running". The tech, Michael, assured me all was "good to go". Invoiced $305. Things were not "good to go". We still had a running toilet and a leak that was pushing our water bill higher and higher. I had them out again yesterday. Gaige replaced a hose bib, shower cartridge, flush valve, and toilet wax ring. He was here for about 4 hours. Invoiced $460 (we got a discount due to them being here in March). Later in the day, after Gaige had left, we flushed the toilet and it had a loud dripping sound. I am not exaggerating regarding the noise. I was surprised that Gaige would leave knowing the toilet had this sound. I spoke with their office this morning (today). Gaige would be sent back out this afternoon. Gaige arrived and checked out the toilet. He advised me that to resolved the loud dripping nose in our toilet, we would need to replace the toilet fill valve ($15 part). However, for him to do it, I would have to pay an additional $150 service fee on top of the price of the part. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? I was not impressed. I asked him that during the 4 hrs he spent here the day before, he could not have replaced this part? Instead, he wanted to charge me for ANOTHER service call stating it was a "separate issue". I just asked him to leave before I said something I would not be proud of later.

Absolutely great company to reach out to!! John, Bo, and Gage were so great and professional and kind. If anything plumbing related were to occur (fingers crossed never again), I plan to call Jack Ward & Sons and request them if possible. Thank y'all for making a stressful and complicated issue be understandable and taken under control!

I'm very pleased w my experience. Jonathan was a pleasure to work with. He was on time/earlier than I thought he could be here, and was professional from the moment he walked in. He replaced 2 sets of faucets & answered my questions along the way. I asked him if the company offered their employees benefits (bc I sell those through my work w New York Life Insurance Company), and he said they did & he was very happy w what they offer. This is so important to keeping valuable employees happy. Jonathan was fast & cleaned up after he was done. I will be recommending Jack Ward Plumbing & Jonathan in the future!! Thank you!

Jonathon thoroughly explained their emergency billing rates, helped me understand the severity of the issue, and outlined a stop gap solution. Couldn’t ask for a more responsive, straightforward, and honest experience.

Called in because I had a slow-draining sink (already had tried drano) and a non-working garbage disposal - the lady on the phone made me an appointment but also gave me some tips to maybe try and fix it myself (in which case I could cancel the appointment). Lo and behold, they worked! Saved some money and now have a go-to plumber for the bigger things when they arise. That's the beauty of small business!! Made my day, thanks y'all!
