He kept us informed as for when the system would arrive and then got with us to make an appointment to install. He arrived on time and was very pleasant. He completed the installation in no time. Our heat went down after a bad storm and we woke up to a freezing house. Several other places that we called promised same day emergency services and later canceled. Jewell Mechanical answered and gave us real time updates as to when we could expect a tech to come out and help us. Justin Miles came promptly and gave us updates and amazing customer service. My heat stopped working after hours on a cold night and Jewell Mechanical answered the phone, took down a message and had a technician call me back. The first time I used Jewell Mechanical was for a tankless hot water heater problem. Rusty Cochran provided an excellent evaluation and recommendation for solving the problem. In the meantime he repaired the unit so that I'd have hot water until a new unit could be installed. Douglas James followed up with installation of a new unit. He carefully explained options and operations, so that the installation could be optimal. Both men worked efficiently and communicated effectively. I will be calling on Jewell for services in the future.

Jewell is always my go to. They are professional, always stand by their work and have never let me down. An example is, Douglas James came out and fixed both my gas leak and repaired my instant hot water heater in a timely manner. He walked me through the process and made sure it worked to its upmost ability before he left. 5 stars!!!!!!!

My technician was Justin Miles. I spoke with Missy to set up the service for my gas furnace. However she called me back to advise they had a tech in my area and wanted to see if they could come earlier. Justin explained everything in a clear and concise manner. He fixed the issue and even improved my furnance in case the issue every pops up again and I could, with the press of a button, see if I could correct it myself. This was a great experience for the beginning to the end.
