I've used Sullivan and Sons Plumbing twice. Their work is reasonable, but their prices have recently gone up significantly. They charged me $195 to replace a cartridge in a faucet (it took 10 minutes and I already had the cartridge). The truck fee was $45 and the labor fee was $150. I've had a lot of plumbing work done over the years, and I know when I'm being charged too much. Ask for a quote before you call. In this case, Hiller would have been a much cheaper option.

Called this company because the warranty company for my water heater recommended them. They were nice in the beginning but once they found our I was about 45 miles away guy told me he had to check with owner about what the charge would be and he would call me back. NEVER did call back with that price. If it was too far just be businesslike and tell me. Do not recommend

I will recommend this company to anyone who asks. I don't much about plumbing, but I do know Sullivan Plumbing was kind, fast, and helped when the other plumbing companies were going to charge me a fortune just to look at my water heater during the holidays. I honestly am so thankful and still am (new water heater is working great 5/6-ish months later). If I ever have another plumbing issue (hopefully I won't) they will be my first call!
