This company should be shut down. I am being charged for a service that should have been covered under warranty. It is taking almost a month to dispute this charge that is on my account. This company should be investigated for false report and not diagnosing the job correctly. He said that it was paper towels down my drain which was improperly diagnosed .

Worst company. I unfortunately have to deal with them for warranty purposes for my new home. This is the only reason they are in business. They never answer the phone and rarely call you back. Do not trust with anything that you need done.

Willing to give 0 starts, but that is not a possibility. I am covered under warranty and there is issue with a drain. The technician came and said there is issue from your end and we will do this free this time and from next time it will not cover under warranty. After 2 weeks I received a $150 invoice. They did not gave me a prior information if something is wrong from your end we will charge you for the visit.

This is by far the worst plumbing company. They do not use anyone that even has the slightest idea of what they are doing. They do not stand behind any of their work and warranty is like pulling teeth to even get someone on the phone. They do not care about any of there customers just getting paid. Run the other way as fast as you can if you see them coming. HORRIBLE plumbers. Not even worth a half star.
