2/28/25: PJ did an excellent job cleaning my ducts! He was professional, friendly, and incredibly thorough in his work. He took the time to explain the process, ensuring everything was done right. On top of that, we shared some good laughs, making the whole experience even better. Highly recommend him for anyone needing quality duct cleaning! 2/27/25: I recently had ductwork done by The Maynard Man, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Price Gouging by Maynard HAVC!! Buyer Beware. Maynard quoted $3,000 to replace a blower motor in my air-handler unit, which is, at most, a 2 hour labor job and the part costs $800 . I refused their quote. But about an hour later, Maynard called and asked how much I would be willing to pay! Crooks in my book. I bought the attached genuine new Goodman replacement motor for $800. See attached invoice. Plumbing wholesales like Fergusons and others won't sell parts to general public but I found one that does. I found another HAVC company to install my shiny new motor and charge $400 for labor, and the system works great. I saved $1,800! It took him 1.5 hours to start and complete his job. He had an assistant too. I guess Maynard has to jack up their prices to pay for their TV ads? All I am saying is shop around and look for smaller licensed companies. Don't get taken advantage of.

maynard did a great job on our unit this has been our second time using this company very pleased. Josh the tech was very informative and pointed out a few parts that he suggested to be replaced. no pressure no sales pitch multiple options were offered I would recommend this company for sure.

I called Maynard because my AC wasn't kicking on this week. While the air handler & compressor were just fine...Josh discovered the 2 pole breaker was not. The breaker had been tripped (hence the no AC) and when he flipped it on, it was hot after only 5 minutes and shouldn't have been as the unit was only pulling 9amps vs the 30amp breaker. Turns out the wiring was frayed. He took the time to replace the breaker, ensure the wires were fine and also corrected a duct run that was hung improperly/being choked out. Josh was awesome! 10/10 customer service, knowledge, being thorough with trouble-shooting all possible issues, answering my questions clearly, showing me what he was doing, etc. I really appreciate that he took pictures of everything he did and that you receive those w/ your invoice.

Maynard is always professional and quick to come out when I need them. This time, Chase came by to turn my building's water off as the valves for my washer were so old they wouldn't turn so I couldn't remove my old washer soli, and he installed my new washer very nicely. I did deduct a star because when Chase arrived, he said that they don't actually typically just do washer installs and that dispatch was just trying to get him out there (not his fault, very much Maynard not being truthful and Chase had to ask his boss if he could just do the washer.) He thankfully didn't force me to get a $1300 new washer box but it was $550 after discount for the washer install, which felt excessive for 30 minutes of his time.

Maynard is now my go to plumbing service for Nashville and any properties I acquire in the future. Chase was smooth professional that followed the timelines that he gave me. He made it to mu tenants quickly and got the job done all in the span of two hours, which also required diagnoses on my hot water heater. This company was great, although more expensive for after-hours service, I would gladly pay the difference for same day service in an expeditious and efficient manner.

I had spoke to two different companies, completed diagnostics, and they gave my family and I the complete run around. Our home was extremely cold for a week and half. I called Maynard because I was at my witts end. I spoke to Bryan and the customer service was great phenomenal. He was a true man of his word. I must admit, my hopes of getting our heating issues resolved was very slim after waiting and literally following up with people who truly didn’t want to service us, however Bryan stated that someone would come out the next day and they did just that! Josh came out and was nothing short of amazing, patient, kind and knowledgeable (so was Bryan). Josh fixed our issue and I couldn’t be more happier. Please use their service, it was worth every dollar.
