They was very quick on response with my water heater going out unexpectedly. They came out gave a quote which I found good pricing compared to other companies, and went ahead perform the job. Everyone is professional and kind.Also,when they was done DIDN'T even leave a mess behind ! Was very respectful of my time due to having to go pick my child up by a certain time. Will definitely use again.

We have used Mr. Rooter Plumbing many times for major plumbing pipe replacement, moving and replacing a water heater, and also for toilet cleaning and repairs. Twice, when the toilet stopped working on cold days, they were able to get someone out the same day, even on a Friday afternoon. (They were) friendly and professional.
