Worst plumbing company I’ve ever dealt with. We have a house with plumbing under warranty, to which we had an emergency plumbing issue, and the emergency plumber on call flat out told us and the home building company “I’m not going.” This is completely unacceptable service and quite honestly this company shouldn’t be in business. Frank was the employee we spoke to and the home builders spoke to as he was on call.

Absolutely useless customer service, they installed a hot water heater in our new build home and we’ve had nothing but issues with it and they refuse to fix it

I can’t even describe how horrible this company is. We had an after hours emergency (water was literally falling from the ceiling) so we called the after hours line and Frank refused to come to our home. Our house being under warranty, this is the company our builder contracted for us to call so we didn’t have many options. Frank is horrible and this company doesn’t deserve any business.

My house is only 2.5 years old. Last year NWP replaced a bad TEV valve. Last night I come home and the water is running just like it did last year. When I call today they tell me that it is out of warranty. What company only has a 2 year warranty? A bad company that sells inferior products. I would give them zero stars if it was an option. DO NOT USE THEM.
