Ned is the man if you want a plumbing job done! He installed my dishwasher without a hitch after Home Depot said they couldn’t do it. Ned knows his stuff and is so kind and easy going-thanks Parthenon!!!!!

Most helpful and fair plumbers in town! I had multiple companies provide an estimate and Parthenon was the best price and the best customer experience by far. We replaced the main pipeline that was under the foundation of my house so a very disruptive project but Eli and his team made it a walk in the park. They were very prompt and professional during the multiple visits to my home throughout this project. The office team was also a pleasure to deal with!

Update: Parthenon plumbing contacted me and apologized for the service I recejved. They offered me a refund which was above and beyond what I expected. There are not many companies that cares to make sure I was satisfied and appreciate their willingness ti fix this problem. I had them come out to fix a leak from my water heater. They charged me over $400 and I still had the same problem. They came back and said they would have to replace a different part and it would cost over $1,000. I asked if I would any credit from the previous repair which the part did not need to be replaced. They said no but if I bought their annual service plan I would get a discount. I found another plumber that fixed the problem for $150. They are not very knowledgeable, or reliable to fix the problem. Will never use them again.

The main water line into the house had ruptured & our regular hvac company does not do excavation. After researching reviews, Parthenon came out consistently on top & we could not be happier with the level & quality of service! Ned was the initial tech that completed the site survey to determine scope of work and provide an estiimated cost. Eli arrived the next day to do the heavy lifting to replace our main waterline to the house. He did an excellent job! Both young men were prompt, courteous, very professional and thoroughly explained what we could expect for timing and next steps. Highly recommend this company!

Nathan and Joseph were seriously incredible! Nicest, most mannerly and knowledgeable installers of anything we’ve ever had installed. The finished product looked amazing and they went the extra mile to make it possible to keep our Nest thermostat. Trust me when I say, these guys are incredible and their work is impeccable. Parthenon and these two guys, we consider second to no one. Every time we’ve used them, they’re responsive, on-time and efficient. We’d never use anyone else!

Parthenon is a family run business, not big corp run I’ve used them for years and have been super pleased with their service. I truly trust their servicemen. James came to our house and after a through emanation of the problem, explained that our old faucets were just worn out (pas I feared and suspected). He let me purchase the new ones ( didn’t try to sell me “theirs”) and gave me the price for installation. I bought what I liked, he came back and replaced the old with the new. Very professional and polite. Definitely will use them next time!

I had Stanton come out to do work for me and thought the company was incredibly professional and very good at explaining things. They came out in a decent time frame and were willing to rearrange their schedule to accommodate my needs. They were very easy to contact. Stanton made sure to show me all the pictures and gave me a very detailed explanation of the problems and broke down what would need to be done to fix it. He was super friendly and made sure to wear booties when he was in the house which I really appreciated. Everything was left clean and well taken care of. The company was very knowledgeable and made sure to prioritize doing good long-term repairs that wouldn’t have to be fixed soon in the future.
