Got a text this morning with a picture of one of the employees who was coming, letting us know they were on the way they arrived about 20- 30 minutes later. They got right to work and didn’t mess around. I really appreciate James and his crew discussing what their plan was and then listening to my input and concerns. I felt like we came up with a solid plan “together” on details of the install. All the guys were friendly and professional. Very happy to have the peace of mind that we are covered if the power goes out. All and all it was a positive experience and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a new generator. Wes and the whole pioneer team were great. Richard B, Roger G, Andrew A, and Anthony E took care of our full sewer line replacement. It was ruptured and had 2 root systems that had broken inside it. This caused massive leaking into our home production studio. Between them and a water mitigation team, all of it got handled very professionally. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing any of their services!

I called 5 Generator companies.Some showed up, some did not.I only got 1 quote back from 1 of the others. It was not making much sense. Cove gave the price and the upgrades and services on the spot. The Sales manager come out to look over the best installation method as we have a large home and it’s a large generator.Scheduling, communication and the hard work the installers put in to get the project done promptly . Within a few days the inspectors cleared it. Fred come out and did a great job with the final tie ins for the gas and went over it all with us and tested it.I give these guys 5 stars. I’ve come to realize the companies who get the job done and on time are worth the extra money then digging to get less convenience and hassles from the less structured cheap guy.Good companies didn’t get that way by accident. Highly recommended and well done.

We call on Pioneer for our heating/cooling, garage, and plumbing needs. They are good at communicating via phone call/text on appointments and arrival times. The technicians are respectful and offer several solutions. Will M. was our tech today and he did great work.

Pioneer was the only company I called willing to come out the same day. Due to our septic tank issue we had went several days without use of our bathroom. The service technician West is definitely an asset to Pioneer. He is a great example of excellent customer service which you don’t see very often anymore. He proved to be very knowledgeable, thorough, concerned and kind. He explained several things to us we were unaware of. Thank you so much Pioneer and West!

Very responsive and informative. Wes explained the problem and explained different options for repair. I'm pleased that work can begin right away. Anthony and his team did a great job with the repair, and kept me informed about their progress as it happened. It's great to work with professionals who take pride in their work. Andrew completed the landscaping and cleaning a few days later. His excellent work exceeded expectations. I found him to be very helpful and informative in addition to being a pleasant person.

Brandon Neff was one of the nicest salesman we've ever met. He did a great job going over all the details and explaining everything that we should do and letting us chose what was priority at this time. We needed a repanel and redevice and the Pioneer team was amazing. We would definitely recommend Brandon and Pioneer. Chris Wolfe did the redevice and was very thorough. He was one of the nicest guys and really shows he cares about making sure the work he did was high quality. He took the time to show us our issues as he went and it really showed us how big of an issue our electrical problems really were. Ethan Ramsey was also an awesome guy. He was friendly, kind and took the time to talk to us and answer any questions. When problems arose he helped to fix the issues quickly. He did an excellent job with the repanel and redevice. Thomas Grammer true to the other guys was also very friendly and accommodating. What an amazing guy. He did a lot of the repanel and really made sure that we could get back up and running as quickly as poasible. He made it easy to access the breakers on the inside and outside of the house. He made it very clean and made sure he produced high quality work. I can't say enough about the crew that worked on our whole house from Pioneer. They came out quick, they were friendly and very accommodating. When they were done with the job they made sure we were satisfied and did a great job cleaning up. They really care about their jobs and the customers they work for. Great job guys. We definitely appreciate the rapid response in our time of need.

The installation crew was great very knowledgeable and professional. There was an issue with the generator and they told me the parts were in stock and they would be back to get the faulty part replaced. Not their fault at all for that is a manufacturer issue. I would definitely recommend Cove Generator. Brandon was here today to replace the faulty part the kept our backup generator from operating after installation on 12/30/24. Today is 01/16/2025 and we can now say it is ready if needed. He done a very professional job replacing the faulty part and took the time to answer questions, and went through the generator operation explaining what I needed to know. Thank you Brandon!
