For some reason, the review page keeps taking me to Frogs plumbing. Wanted to make sure I’m in the right place. Boss man came out Thursday (2/13) after I called them to ask them to come bury my lines they left out because of flooding that would take place currently. They came with city codes and only did an inspection. Gave me my green sticker of approval then he said that someone would be here yesterday (2/14/25) to bury the lines. I waited all day. No one showed up. No calls, no texts, no emails. So now my yard is currently flooding like I warned him would happen. I’m extremely disappointed this time around with the services that should’ve been provided almost 2 weeks ago. Pictures below for my current situation. There is so much water being taken on that all the pipes are currently floating and the large pipe sticking up out of the ground seems to appear to be severely damaged. Thanks guys…

Aaron was great! He came out quickly, and already had our warranty information pulled up, submitted and approved when he presented us with our generator issue. I noticed afterward he had even cleaned up the oil that had leaked out. Very pleased with him and his service!

I had a good experience for two recent repairs at my home, one plumbing & another electrical. I was fortunate to have both scheduled within a day of each other and both were completed well. My biggest praise would be for the on-site technicians’ customer service on each day. Especially for the electrical service, I appreciated the patient explanation and willingness to explain options. I will be using them again.

I had an excellent experience with Will, the technician who serviced my furnace. He was punctual, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. Will took the time to explain the issue and completed the repair efficiently. My furnace is running better than ever! I truly appreciate his expertise and friendly attitude. I hired this company to fix an outlet problem in two of my rooms and they did amazing. Thomas Grammer came out and he was quick and made sure to explain what he was doing and why. It made it much easier to understand what the problem was and how to fix it. He also gave me multiple pricing options that made it more affordable and fit into my budget. He was super friendly and easy to talk to, and made sure I was educated on how my electricity worked and what caused my problem.
