Butt Plumbing

First winter in TN and chilly weather caused some frozen pipes. I was referred to Butt Plumbing by another plumber who couldn't get to me quickly (which speaks volumes). The owner, Caleb, got in touch right away and got me some help. Randall was awesome! He was very considerate and knowledgeable. His "diagnosis" was right on, and I was able to get the problem fixed at a very reasonable cost. Great customer service, fair pricing and an awesome sense of humor in their marketing will keep me as a customer!

John did a wonderful job installing our dishwasher. The previous one had been installed a little odd. He had some excellent recommendations for improving the connections for future work which we were very happy to implement. I’m so glad he could come so quickly also. John is awesome and we will certainly choose Butt Plumbing again!!

#MakeTheBootyCallToday Caleb and his team are great! We had a pipe get clogged at 10pm the night before Christmas Eve. I made the call right away, and by 8am on Christmas Eve morning they were at my house to fix it. If it was not for the quick response time then our Christmas plans were about to completely change! Great people & great service!

We called Butt Plumbing because our water line to our house was leaking, they were recommended by White House Utilities. Randall came and did a bang up job, he arrived early and ended up staying late, but got the job done just as quoted and was as friendly and courteous as one could hope for! We will likely have to have the whole line replaced soon, but thanks to Randall it is working OK for now and I think I know who is going to get the replacement work when we are ready. Highly recommend.
