I WOULD NOT recommend Ron’s Plumbing! I hired them to install a $2k Toto Bidet in our master bath, and move the existing toilet to our powder room. (Ron did not do the work.). My appointment was for 9:00 am, and after an hour had passed and no plumber, I called to see if he was on his way or when to expect him. I was told he was just finishing and would be on his way shortly. The plumber arrived around 3:00-3:30 that afternoon. While installing the bidet, he drilled new holes in our bathroom tile floor. Once completed, the toilet is no longer centered in the space. I wish that he had checked with us before deciding to relocate the toilet. No explanation was given. He shared with us that he thought the bidet we selected “was not a good value for the money” after it was installed. By the time he finished the installation it was well after 7:00 pm. He didn’t have any caulk to seal the 2 toilets, and offered to come back another day. He hurriedly gathered the manual and “spare” pieces and was about to throw them out. I retrieved those items. THEN 2 DAYS LATER, WE HAD WATER RUNNING DOWN THE WALLS, THROUGH THE CEILING AND ELECTRICAL OUTLETS INTO OUR FINISHED BASEMENT BELOW THE BATHROOM. I CALLED RON’S FOR EMERGENCY SERVICE AROUND 9:00AM, WHEN WE DISCOVERED OUR WET REC ROOM. I LEFT MULTIPLE MESSAGES OVER THE NEXT 4+ HOURS. THIS WAS DURING BUSINESS HOURS ON A WEEKDAY. NO ANSWER AND NO RETURN CALLS. WE HAD TO CALL ANOTHER PLUMBER WHO CAME OUT WITHIN THE HOUR AND REPAIRED THE PROBLEM. When they finally called back that afternoon, as the other plumber was leaving, they offered to send back the plumber who did the install. No thanks, he’s the one who caused all these problems. THE RECEPTIONIST SAID I’M SORRY. No follow up calls were made to check on the damage or try to make it right. We had to pull up the carpet, to dry for 3 days. It’s water stained and we’re trying to salvage it, before deciding if it will need to be replaced. The walls and ceiling will have to be repaired and repainted. And for his services we paid $615, plus another $120 for the emergency plumber. HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL.

I would highly recommend Ron and his team. We have used Ron’s plumbing several times over the past 2 Years. One of the jobs was a full repipe of our 2 story house. Very professional, great results and very affordable.

Ron came out today to fix a leaky toilet, and he was prompt, friendly, and very skilled at what he does. I am a happy customer and will definitely be using Ron's Plumbing for any future plumbing needs I may have. I highly recommend Ron!!

Late on a Saturday afternoon, I found a cracked copper water pipe in my crawl space that was leaking into the wall of my foundation. I believe freezing weather had split the pipe run at an external water faucet. Ron was able to come by after his working hours the same day and help me stop the leak until he could perform a replacement of the leaking valve and pipe. He and his assistant arrived early Monday morning and replaced the leaking pipe and valve while I was at work. He stopped by later that evening and went over the repair with me. It has been over a month since the replacement and everything has held perfectly. I am very happy with the quality of his work and with his personal service. I plan to call on him for any future needs. Highly recommended. Thanks Ron.

He overslept for the appointment. Charged $450 to snake a line, said it was probably clear but wanted to charge another $600+ to rent a camera (what kind of plumbing company needs to rent equipment on a case by case basis). At that point knew something was "up". Line backed up nearly immediately. Another well known company came in next day, charged half as much to clear what they said was a simple clog. Sent a camera down the line for no extra charge just to ensure we would have no more problems. These two experiences were like night and day. Guess which one was night.

Ronnie was very prompt in providing us a proposal to install a faucet and our toilet and repair the flange. He showed up on time and did the work and met his time commitment. He repaired when none of the others offered this alternative. The others just wanted to replace the flange which drove the cost estimates up considerably.

I had a few plumbing issues and needed to get a good affordable plumber. Checked the local Nextdoor website and got a list of 8. Called 8 and only 2 called back. Those two wanted a fortune to do the work, and one charged me $50 to give me the highest estimate! Before I gave up I asked my neighbor and he had worked with Ron and was more than happy with his work! I called Ron and he not only called me right back, but came over, climbed under my house, didn’t charge me for looking, gave me a fantastic price, gave me a quick timeframe, sent a super plumber named Dwayne, charged me exactly what he quoted, and left me completely happy. In my experience, in this market, you can’t do better!

We scheduled an appointment with Ronnie 2.5 weeks prior to the agreed upon date. I was told I was the first one to book an appointment for that day so I should be the first to be taken care of and expect someone around 9:30am on the agreed upon date. I had to take off an entire day of work and when no one showed up by 11, we called and was told they were running behind and it would be more like 3:00-4:00 pm. When no one showed up at 5:00 I was told someone could come later on their way home and then eventually it became someone could come the next day. When they finally showed up the next day we asked him to install a toilet, a shower handle, decrease the water pressure, and install the bathroom faucet. He knew what we needed done when he came out and yet he came unprepared and was only able to do the toilet and shower that day. We set up another day and time for him to come out and finish the job and on that day we called 30 minutes before the agreed time to reconfirm and he informed us that he was running late and would not be able to come. This went on for 3 more days that week, same thing each time with none of the contact being initiated by him. 6 days later he finally sent another employee of his out to finally complete the job. The very next day our pipes start humming each time we use the water because the water pressure was not decreased correctly. We have looked into fixing the humming issue on our own as they could not be trusted to stick to their word or communicate when they when they were on their way. Ron’s Plumbing does not do their work correctly. It is a headache trying to coordinate a time for them to come out, and there is a good chance that they will decide not to come on the agreed upon day with no heads up and you having to call them yourself to figure out what is going on.
